Hey. I think they have 3 day travel card. But if you use credit card, it will be less costly. It stops when you reach 8stg per day.

*Can Oyester Card be purchased by cash payment and credit card payment? Can I exchange U.S. Dollars to The U.K Pounds at Heathrow Airport? Can I use an Oyster Card to travel in Double Decker buses and in other trains to travel outside of London? Can I use an Oyester Card to buy foods at restaurants, coffee shops, and supermarkets? How much does it cost to purchase an Oyester Card? How much money will the Oyester Card deduct for two-way ride on Underground Tube? How much the weekly train and bus pass cost to travel within London on Underground Tube and Double Decker bus?*

Wowww so many questions :) Oyster Card can be purchased at all tube stations and most of the overground stations. You can exchange USD to GBP at the airports. You can also travel on most National Rail services in London and some outside London. You cannot buy foods at restaurants, coffee shops or supermarkets with this card. The Oyster card costs £7. You then add money to the card to pay for your travel. In central London (zone 1- off peak) 1 journey £2.70 is deducted from your card. If you make 2 journeys, £5.40 is deducted. If you make 3 journeys, £8.50 is deducted. If you stay in London for 6-7 days and use the underground, trains, and buses every day, the weekly Travelcard is the most cost-effective travel pass. The one-week pass including central London (zones 1-2) is around £40. But please check the london transport website to check latest prices as well. Because it may change.
