Hey, Burning Essence is one of the 4 items required for the +20 Fire Resist Head/Leg enchant (Lesser Arcanum of Resilience). Black Blood of the Tormented is required for the +150 Mana Head/Leg Enchant (Lesser Arcanum of Rumination). The npc from where you can get the enchants is called Mathredis Firestar, you can find him @ Flame Crest in Burning Steppes. Arcanum enchants are close to useless now for a mage; you can get +SP & hit Head/Legs enchant from ZG (Presence of Sight).
