Bro. I contacted you 8 years ago. When my body first broke. And I had the symptoms of stage 4 adrenal fatigue/CFS and was bed bound. Just after I graduated from u university.
I did it. I’ve recovered and I’ve become someone better than I ever was . I don’t want to be selfish I will share my story . Someday soon.
One thing that amazes me is how my thoughts were a big part that made me so sick. It’s bizarre. I know it wasn’t just thoughts but it was the beginning of a long list of mistakes I made that nearly killed me.

Yes sir 👏 You have a very good heart . I respect the fact you healed your body . And then you decided to share your gift of understanding how to heal with the world ( anyone who ever stumbles across your videos ).
I mean when I got better. When I felt that amazing power return to my body . The first thing I wanted to do was reclaim my life and time I lost ……I respect that the fact you wanted to serve others and you don’t even charge. If there is a heaven people have leverage to enter.
Anyway I will be making a motivation video on how I healed and hopefully you can upload it onto your Chanel . I will reference some of my old comments from years ago.
It is possible to heal guys . The problem is definitely biological (which can be healed ) but make no mistake the mind was the biggest problem . Fear and anxiety of your illness makes the illness stronger …. You will never break free until you accept the situation …no longer give power to the I’llness instead live a reduced life …. Put into place the systems to heal ( a long list of things which vary person to person) ……..if you do this if you truly accept the situation and love
Yourself through it all …. Whilst being logical…. You will begin to heal …..
      I am
      Now stronger than ever ….
      I
      Will
      Make
      This video to explain clearly

Hey Dom -- I recently asked 5 people I know who aren't coaches to share 3 minute summary of their stories and only got one video response back so far, despite getting enthusiastic yeses. And one said trying to record it was too triggering so we need to wait, which I was extremely supportive of. It legit took me a year to be able to tell my story and 6 months to write the about section. Telling your story -- going back to those dark times of severe illness, gaslighting, family shit, is so much tougher than it looks. Also most regular people aren't very eloquent and are camera shy. Or they don't want to share it because they want to go back to their old career. But there are also like many people I know who healed and I just don't want to bother them. They're doing bike competitions and having babies or hanging out in their garden -- I'm like live your life!

Bro I recovered thx to u here’s my story to all: July 16 2021 is when my life completely changed. I was supposed to compete in a Brazilian jiu-jitsu tournament the next day but woke up with some nausea and felt very fatigued. I had no idea what was wrong with me. I thought I just had a stomach bug. After a week I did recover but something wasn’t right. I felt off all the time. My eyes became sensitive to sunlight and as I continued to train in bjj I felt more and more fatigued. I began to lose energy to workout and I lost my muscle and became thinner. I couldn’t think properly and my head felt cloudy all the time as if I was hungover. This is known as brain fog and was my worst debilitating and frustrating symptom. I had to quit bjj in october 5th 2021 because I physically couldn’t do it anymore. I barely passed my classes last fall because my memory went to shit. I Started doing tons of research on what's wrong with me. I went to several doctors appointments and saw a neurologist as well as had several blood work tests done on me. My father, who is a very intelligent ER physician, did not know what was wrong with me. I found after hours of intensive research that I had chronic fatigue syndrome(aka post viral syndrome). I was devastated. There was no medical cure for cfs and my life was just getting worse. I was going downhill fast and I knew that if I didn’t fix my health, then I would be bed bound. At one point I was suicidal. But I knew that would be selfish as I have a mother, father and sister who love me very much and would be devastated if I killed myself.
That's when I decided that no matter what I couldn’t give up and I wasn’t going to live like this either. I accepted the fact that no doctor was going to fix me and the only person that was going to save me was myself. That was my first I did hours and hours of research on how to improve my health. I cut out all artificial sugars from my diet. I mainly stuck to meat, veggies, and fruit. I read books such as Joe Dispenza “Breaking the Habit of Being Yourself” and watched his videos. Joe Dipenza was paralyzed from the waist down and learned the ability to walk again through meditation. I thought, if this man can recover from a spinal cord injury and use his mind to walk again, I could do the same to heal my body. I did hours of meditation as well as did a brain retraining program called the gupta program. I prayed to God. I took cold showers. I also took supplements such as coq10. I blocked any negative influence on my life. I also did no fap/semen retention. As I got better I continued to increase my physical intensity when it came to working out. I started off as small as 50 pushups doing multiple physical exercises. My life began looking up again. I started being able to do more things. I gradually gained my memory back. I went back to school. I documented my progress on how I was doing each month.
Today I am fully recovered. I am back to what I was before I got sick. I train multiple times a week in bjj. I am in great shape. I am finishing my last year of college. I just received my blue belt in bjj. To anyone out there who thinks it is impossible to recover from this, don’t give up. Your mind and heart are powerful tools. Use them. Don’t waste your life going to doctors and waiting for the medical system to find you a cure. I was fortunate enough to realize after the first three months of being ill that doctors weren’t going to save me. That realization is why I am here today writing this. If you put your mind to it, you can accomplish anything.
Some sources/videos I used to recover are cfs recovery, health recovery, harry boby long covid recovery, and joe dispenza-all found on youtube. I also prayed to god asking him for advice and I also did the gupta brain retraining program.

I find these videos effective due to their lack of any product; instead, they offer genuine and modest advice. In contrast, other "recovery" videos tend to leave me feeling more negative as they often come across as money-driven, promising to reveal secrets in exchange for payment.

I think thats why its so difficult.. that he healed himself by being disciplined and purposeful yet when oonce you get really healthy you dont know what you wanna do with this information and experience you've just gathered
It would make sense to make it your profession but that would probably include selling bullshit products to earn a living where in reality its not really what got you better..
But if you dont make it your profession you are forced to work some bullshit job you dont even care about for 8 hours a day 5 times a week.. now that would be really sad

Hi James, I really appreciated this video, thank you, Particularly as recently I've learnt that one of the (self-proclaimed) recovery coaches out there, Miguel Bautista, now charges 6500 USD for access to his program. An interview of him by some business guru recently revealed that his aim is to make a million dollars from his program for ME/CFS patients this year. I cannot believe that someone would prey in the vulnerable in that way. The example you gave you in your video of 400 USD is bad enough.

I use to watch Miguel's videos, he has some good info but I stopped as every video was an upsell to his program and ebook. I also found it ironic that he got help healing his cfs using doctors paid for by the Canadian Healthcare system yet now charges people for sharing the same knowledge.

Dont know if this will help anyone but i has Chronic fatique syndrome for about 2.5 years it was brutal. What really helped me was avoiding alcohol or any drug at all, resting and also i started takng lexapro because i realized i had bad anxiety about my disease(since there is no cure uts very scary). But then after a while of being on lexapro i started thinking i dont care if im sick im going to try to return to normal life ( got a remote job i could do from my room). Over a few months i started working out lightly like walking and stuff like that. Within 9 months i was more or less fully recovered. No supplements no BS. I think part of these diseases is mental tbh, there is a trigger that causes it and then your anxiety and beliefs and what not continue it until you break it. This might not help anyone but it fixed me and maybe can help u. I like this guys videos because alot of what he did i did while recovering too, but also the lexapro/ aknowledgeing i have severe anxiety about my illness was huge. Good luck to all of you struggling out there, it gets better

Yes. As an M.E. sufferer you become shockingly aware that all professionals are literally full of shit. Countless escalations and complaints later I am still powerless to make the NHS even remotely interested in my plight. It has not fulfilled its duty if care to me and other sufferers. This has been my only real dependence on a public service and the blatant fact it is simply a big pharma stooge that legally protects itself by box ticking without any regard for its dependents has been a disturbing shock.
