That will depend on the type of job as well as company you apply for because at the end, it’s the medical doctor that will determine if you fit or not

Not that I have experienced but it should be okay. Just make sure to check with your employer as they will be the ones who decide
What about those who don't have experience is there any chance to get a job in cruise
