RUclips algorithm suggested this and I'm glad I clicked. I just subscribed to your channel. I have been keen on seeing what is going on inside the refinery since we don't see much on the news. Thanks for doing a tour of the facility. Looking forward to a more recent update after Rona.
Thank you so much for watching, and thanks for been polite. Currently I am still in Guangzhou waiting the Lagos airport back to operation. Our company just got another work order from Refinery for sure I will go there and share the updates. Actually I plan to tap tab broader topics such as politics, economy, development and industrial policy. Promote mutual understanding between south and north, Christian and Muslim, Nigerian and foreigners, white or Asian. Though lots of hate and troll on internet, I still believe in humanity, and want to promote humanity against conspiracy theories, or toxic nationalism. Been in Nigeria for almost 4 years, got lots of words want to speak out. China is the largest development aid receiving country, billions of dollars, now it turned to be one development aid provider. China also suffered toxic nationalism, xenophobia move, consequences are Japan retrieved its factories back, Samsung moved factories to Vietnam. Millions of workers now jobless. I do not want to see this happen again in Nigeria or Africa. I can fully understand that Africa been suffered so long from colonization, corruption, poverty, respect is as important as food to many. But acknowledge the disadvantage, pursue the better is a true patriot should do. So much words. Thank you again for watch and subscribe.

Thanks for watching. This project means a lot to the country and everyone matters. Soon we do not need to import petrol and save more us dollar for development
That will happen with more of these projects, the Chinese were trained by Americans and Japanese and European engineers, we are I. Turn getting the training from Chinese engineers and at some point we will be self sufficient.
@@bogueji1 True, especially the Soviet Union helped Chinese government build up the foundation of industry in 1950s. But beside the training from foreign engineers, Abuja also need to commit more investment into education system. Right now its not so promising
Dangote has employed some indigenous engineers. I also know some of them went for some formal training in china. But this construction site is the best learning ground. I hope they are learning hard. I also hope there is proper knowledge sharing from the chinese and indian facilitators.
As a Nigerian, I just want to say God bless Dangote and Nigeria for putting food on China's dinner tables. To the Chinese out there, you're welcome for what we're doing for you. Hopefully, this remains a productive partnership.

Normally 1 Chinese team leader work with 3-5 Nigerian technicians. In our company we also train locals to replace Chinese and Indian nationals to reduce cost
