Well that was new. Been meditating on and off for years but the visualisation and meeting my spirit guide was all new.
I visualises a man in a grey suit coming down the path to meet me, I think he even had a tie and a suitcase. He was my guide and gave me some answers that I've immediately forgotten.
I WILL be doing this again. Thank you

As I grow spiritually in the past 2-3 weeks I keep hearing very clearly a male voice when sleeping that wakes me up or startles me. Feels strong and connected to me. first very clear message was that my dog passed (with their name) when I was traveling away from home. and just the other day felt as if an energy was behind me was laying on my side. Very clearly and strongly said "What's going on. my name". But it was a deep what's going on... like somewhat annoyed. I have woken up in the past with family members screaming at me to wake up saying there is evil behind you (had earplugs in) - this time I did a full blue sage of the house and Palo Santo, still use PS once weekly. I asked my spirit guides to speak to me or tell me names upon devotion and my mom just passed, is very active around me all the time as well. Is this male voice a spirit guide or something to be concerned with? Often think its my husband talking to me while I'm sleeping lol
The sound quality made me turn off
