If you really wish to have earthing you have to replace the entire cable with 3 core cable meaning you have to remove the soldering from the machine and then solder new cable also before removing soldering you should check is there any room for 3 rd wire for earthing…. I think a good electrician will be able to suggest you in a better way ….

Dear parikshit we you can go for the 2 pin industrial sucko socket option in which you can get an earthing connection for your equipment without cutting your own plug as I also faced the same in some of my amplifiers are coming with European standard plugs having same issue

We definitely need Brotomotiv to come to Odisha..The quality of services provided here is below par..Painting Denting Restoration everything is messed up badly..People are being cheated kept under dark when it comes to what kind of work is being done..The level of transparency that Brotomotiv provides is unbelievable and hence is a definite need to setup a workshop in Odisha.
EU sockets are always 2 pin. EU manufacturers rarely make equipment with a 3 pin plug. Would be good to ask direct to EU manufacturer is they manufacture with a 3 pin plug.

Sir 2 things to say 1st regarding the machine how about universal travel adaptor that would solve the problem without cutting the wire 2nd regarding the franchise you have to be extremely cautious as any wrong move from the franchise Store would directly impact your brand. For example here in Kolkata mostly in garages they hire staff mostly from Bihar and they have the tendency to steel items for example if a customer gives their car for some changes and forgets their stuff there is no guarantee it would be there when the customer takes back it. Another scenario that happen with my previous car Santro we have changed our car Tyre and that was 8 month old and we gave our car to service at Authorize service centre we received the car but after few days we observed that the tyre which are there now those are old and not our 8months tyre
