I am loving this deep dive of the story. I had some of the pieces picked up, but not all of them. So this kinda smoothed over the hunches and vibes I had from its in game story-telling and the few books I poked around.
Hi; good to hear from you, and thanks! My brain loves finding connections between things, so Elder Scrolls is a continually delightful puzzle, trying to find and piece together all the bits hidden here and there.
This whole storyline just made me kinda sad. The intersection between Fate, Choice and Inherent Nature... I liked Iithelia and mainly just felt sorry for her. Honestly i think this is the best storyline since Wrothgar and Clockwork City! As for lore vids please keep them going!!! They have a few really good TES lore channels on RUclips but the structure, the pleasant way you speak (not to loud, and consistent all the way through) and the quips you throw out ( that made me laugh and chuckle multiple times throughout the video). All of this makes you one of the best ESO channels out there and can't wait for the other lore videos in the series! Anyway keep up the good work!! Cheers!
I agree. A better ending than I was expecting, but bittersweet. And yes, I kept comparing it to Summerset and CWC myself, both in terms of the depth of themes in the story and the long-term planning it took to pull off properly. I'm glad to know the humor landed - one never knows when telling jokes to a mic, they're famously stoic - but esp. tough here since I had to balance it w/the serious tone. Really appreciate hearing that it worked for you; thanks for saying so.
I was sad that things couldn't have gone another way too. I am still sad really. I haven't been affected by a story in ESO like that since Wrothgar, but it's stronger this time for me.
I’ve been burnt out lately cause of Gold Road i did most of the achievements and that overall i had a blast great video btw love Lore i agree with the Gadayn bit 👍🏾
Awesome presentation. This was excellent. Love your narration skills and how your voice and story telling draw us into the lore of Elder Scrolls and specifically that of Tamreil. I just finished the story with one of my primary characters, but will ensure the Necrom chapter is complete before completing Gold Rd because I don't like how the story would end if I didn't. As an ESO gamer I love the lore and would sooner explore and world and the lore, than a lot of the other things available in the game. Looking forward to your next video. Thank you!

No idea on the "where" part, no. I do think it will somehow be a continuation of this story, tho. The 10th anniversary kicked off w/Ithelia; I think we'll celebrate all year and wrap up with a bang by kicking off the third and final chapter of this story.

@@SenturosGaviannus I've been assuming that in TES6 the Adamant Tower will fall, causing the Cataclysm which ends the world, and the new kalpa will begin. But your idea of multiple paths/multiple worlds really makes sense. I hadn't thought about the Prisoner mantling Ithelia... hoo-boy, that's a mind trip. Will have to ponder. You are certainly welcome to rant over my video if you'd like, lol. :D

Draft 6 is what got recorded for the next lore video, and I'm still editing and re-recording VO bits as I find new points to make, or--so awesome--find mistakes in my assumptions. I have no idea if the final version (will up this week!) will even come close to being coherent.
