@@ZoeFrancescaDance no but she has Argentine tango but the rumba just seems like a dance that would suit her maybe if she get there she will get it next week

And if she starts getting 10s she could end up in final she is giving me Helen Skelton vibes weak at start then week 8 became one of the best dancers

Confused about your comments of Nikita and Layton? What about the music? People didn’t dislike it at all? Traditional? The story was a break up the song fit. Being a dancer I thought it was a great choice musically. I watch from a dancer’s perspective. I look for posture, foot position, dance lines, if they stay true to the dance. Choreo and degree of difficulty. Watching all contestants I was most impressed by Layton. Not because he has dance experience, Ellie, and Angela r also do. And Nigel has performed as well. But because he is not trained in ballroom and trust me it is a very difficult style to dance. With all the dances I have learned Latin, ballroom were the hardest for me. It’s too precise and too technical. The fact he has one week and the choreography he’s given is so difficult amazes me. By far he gets a lot of credit. Kudos to Nikita !

I love Nikita!!
I just personally prefer Argentine Tango dances to really traditional songs not more of a 'pop' song. It was still amazing! I'm a dancer too and I know for certain that I'd be useless at ballroom dances! Would love to try Latin properly though!

Hi Zoe as a dancer do you think that Layton has nothing to learn from Nikita as he’s a dancer .. in my opinion just because you are a ballet dancer it doesn’t mean your going to be great as a ballroom or Latin dancer .. I believe that Layton works really hard and all the negative comments he gets are unfair .. I would like to know ur views as ur a dancer and I think you would be very honest .. loved Layton and Nikita this week omg one of this best Argentine tangos ever on strictly

Hi! I think both - it's different learning different styles and the specific technique that comes with it. I know for one that I would struggle with partner work and being in hold as it's something I've never done! At the same time, there are some skills/performance elements that he will be practiced at - stamina, control, balance, projection, facial expressions etc. which someone who has never danced before may not have experience with. I do think he's so good and I love their partnership so much!
