Liu Kang: Declared dead 27 years ago. Wanted for questioning.
Kitana: Past charges of extra-judicial killings.
Kung Lao: Possession of an unlicensed weapon.
Jade: Multiple assassinations.
RoboCop: Impersonating an officer and accompanying theft of OCP technology. Minor copyright infringement.
Skarlet: Illegal blood harvesting and multiple counts of torture.
Erron Black: Aiding and abbeting numerous criminal operations, as well as possession of illegally obtained firearms.
D'Vorah: Multiple murders. Validity of charges pending due to concerns raised about the suspect's non-human status.
Kotal Kahn: Genocide and abuse of power.
Sheeva: Participation in several of the former Outworld regime's war crimes.
Terminator: No records found. Currently under investigation for murder and theft of property.
Geras: Multiple accusations of stalking and solicitation. Similar charges were found to have been levied against an individual matching the suspect's description all over the world, at various points in recorded history.

There is one with Rambo that to an extent justify Rambo's actions. Basically Alex tells John he's bringing him in for the "deaths" of the officers that tried to kill him in the forest with the chopper with Rambo's response being that his actions were the result of the cops trying to kill him or as he put it "They shot first."

In all honesty, he should just throw Sindel into a jail cell or dungeon, she’d feel right at home.

this is all wrong! in the sense that they pin robocop against just anybody! or similar characters to him! robocop is program to hunt down humans who's broken the law when he first meet them and are committing the crime in his presence or he get's a radio response! therefore fighting monsters or any other type of creatures is not part of his programming! so he needs to keep his search human related! such as the joker or batman, or other cyborg and or human related machines! but a terminator is also an ok hunt but should be difficult for robocop to identity as the terminator is full machine and it could mess with his programming! (my assumption comes from the original robocop movie and what i seen in it and remember of it (correct me if i'm wrong), but terminator will have to break the law and that would be and that would be kinda hard for robocop to decide on with his limited understanding of the laws the range of people he can freely attack that are within his limits of system of operations,
i mean how would you incriminate a terminator from a future time line? what background those robocop have on him? how can he decide that? when he makes a choice of it's own it is a very primitive one! at this point he may not even be able to defend him self unless is order from his makers but his makers would have to know about a terminator to even give that command or reprogram him! [anything not mention in the 1st movie which is the intro to his biography! those not count, as is all opinionated at that point] not the crap they have now) so my understanding of robocop is that he is a cyborg this makes him still human with machine part how much of that is human is probably less than 10% sense he has no control of his limps they work on there own or with limitations of his brain and the only way to control it would probably be to trick his own brain in sending mix signals to control those limps!
I don't recall if this is being explain in the original movie! as this is just my assumption to how i think he controls himself! which is opinionated! and may not be valid but it makes logical sense in a way! so this means for him to override he needs to reprogram himself which is his own brain, but there could be other machine parts in it that can prevent him from access to being able to use or reprogramming his own brain again! which may also be temper proof! but again if is not mention in the movie then it don't count! and sense this an old movie and nobody didn't really know how to explain a cyborg then at this point he shouldn't have much to it or him, and sense it's the first of his kind then it stands to clear that he's not that advance yet! making him a weak cyborg and or machine. the terminator is way more advance in it's technology than robocop and comes from a futuristic time line but also has limits which is to finish it's only given mission! after that it might be cake walk (which his story has it's own problems which is another topic for another time if any?...)!
so there you have it as to why this model of robocop should not be pin on just any character that would not relate to his programming and or his search! there can be a few random encounters where he can take action and see that monsters are breaking the law! but again what information those he have on these monsters? if is not part of his program then how can he fight it? would he consider all them evil monsters?
I mean what is the story of this robocop in this game? cause if they don't explain it and do it anyways then is just poor lazy writing and the robocop's biography is not completed! and the only one who can complete it is the original author and if he is not around to do it anymore then we can only work with what he or she has given us! anything else will just be opinionated and become false or falsely, or an inconclusive biography! this all base on the first movie any other movie of this same model would then go into a different version of him and that makes it it's own biography! like robocop 1 is his own biography robocop 2 is his own biography robocop 3 is his own biography! simply because each movie would have reexplain his biography whcih can be different from what was first introduce! (also for those thinking his armory upgrade those have to do anything with his biography this is all about his original persona and backstory and anything not mention in it is just opinionated after as this is proof of what your claiming to him) and that is all i got for my claim and debate on this for truth and justice for all fantasy characters and that can some day be real!
robocop can only be as good as his makers who program him and made him what he is! and there all human and with limited resources and intellect to create anything super! imagination is there but that's as far as it will go! robocop is a slow walking cyborg! that right there tells you just how primitive his technology is! but hey is a big step for mankind and there own futures demise! as the laws of the universe put's it or as i like to put it "you can not create something good without something bad coming out of it!" in the universe the only thing that is perfect is god! I'll buy that for a dollar!
