my favorite app version of a board game is probably Through the Ages... It's a fair bit heavier than 7W but I've played it easily over a thousand times, there's that much variety to it. If you can stomach a learning curve to get what's going on you might enjoy it. It might make good asmr because nobody would understand wtf was happening :P
