I started playing Rocket League about a month after it came out in August 2015. Eventually I discovered then-called JHZER's videos and got super into learning how to freestyle. After a while I joined my first team called Hexicon as a freestyler in around July 2016 and later Pulse in September 2016. My style has changed a bunch over time, nowadays I really enjoy playing mutators along with freestyling with my friends. I'm not huge into competitive but I find that fun as well. Rocket League is a cool game.
When I first started watching I thought it was going to look like a clunky shot but then It was clean af and made me go “Awoooga!”

one thing fire should do to conserve his boost:
#1. use your second jump off the wall to pop up towards the ceiling this can take 0 boost and should save you around 90 boost if you were to go for the shot in this video again.
learn it its pretty easy makes stuff alot easier to do once you get it down :>

I do this all the time..... but thats because your order of actions is wrong. To do what u mentioned u just have to reset into a crossbar pinch lul. What would actually be impressive maybe would be a double reset to ground pinch double
Or pinch it on the ceiling to the wall of the goal and then getting the flip reset as you do the double tap but triple tap would be a real challenge.
