These individuals are appointed to assist in the administration and care of the church, working alongside pastors to ensure the spiritual well-being of the congregation. Ultimately, the goal is to have a harmonious and orderly church where each member plays a unique role in the body of Christ, utilizing their gifts and talents for the glory of God.
