Honest, Satsuki should have gotten Ryuko’s water dream instead. It just makes more sense for her entire kit.
I find Mako still better than Summer Chloe, since her Arts Gen can stack with anyone while Chloe is type E
Mako knuckle (and BE in general) is really underrated, ~1.5 art/s for a random team member is great if you don't have or can't run grief.
