To this day I still believe that the puppy wasn't the reason that he massacrated the entire mob world. I believe that he felt guilty for all the evil he did in the service of the High Table and decide to repair his mistakes.
And boy did he repair them. I mean good Lord, he took out his boss, another guy, another guy, and the assassins table that he belongs to in the high table. I think he did a pretty good job, wiping the slate clean.
I always thought that would be a good twist that John wicks wife isn’t dead, but just a high ranking member of the high table and faked her own death to save John from heart ache
