The local people can't understand Hindi properly. We have many language in INDIA. We should respect all the indigenous languages of INDIA and try to learn . Actually they speak Ladakhi, not Tibetan. Ladakhi or Bhoti should be given place in 8th schedule. It is a unique language and should be preserved.
