I always loved this idea too 😭 especially since the anime implied that Mikoto may have canonically really wanted to adopt Naruto. But the Uchiha being under suspicion of being responsible for Kyubi's attack, it sadly makes sense that Konoha would never let Mikoto and Fugaku adopt the Jinchuriki of Kyubi 😥

Every canon events would effect him in every timeline through out the multiverse and which outcome itachi would end up on. Whether dies from sickness, die at a young age or he never got sick but still dying or he was never sick and survives. Its his canon event regardless whether he could die or live
This was definitely one of my favorite so far. I just want Itachi to live 😭. I think his illness would've been cured when Naruto gave him 1/3 of Kurama, and even when Itachi got the six paths mode, that should have healed his illness too, or maybe I'm coping
unlike an injury, cancer is kind of like your own cells that are leaching off of your energy. It could be that the cancer was taking in Kurama's energy to speed up its own growth. Maybe that is also why his symptoms got so severe despite being way younger than when his symptoms worsened in canon Naruto.
He has all three the same age there is no middle child. Itachi is still the apple of his eye but as they are all the same age he can only favor one so much. The sides with twins double trouble
Why is Itachi so focused on when it's the Hyuga story? Hanabi only got like, a few sentences at most throughout the whole scenario. I'm not really a fan honestly. Don't get me wrong, I think the story is well done objectively, for the most part, but it just feels like you squandered the potential the story could have had in relation to the Hyuga, who never get a lot of focus. It just feels misleading to have a scenario that should be about the Hyuga be focused entirely on Itachi.
Hyuga clan had so much potential but no kishimoto didn't write them properly so he can make uciha look better just because sauske is one of main characters
Something that bugs me are the little things why are minato and Kushina still dead the moon plan didn’t need to tailed beast? Why kill hinata when she would’ve been more interesting a survivor than Hanabi since she could be the saskue?
The Hyuga fall in this AU was due to Neji's rightfull hatred toward his clan, and Hinata has always been a scapegoat for his anger and frustration. So unless Hinata was protected by one of her clan and managed to flee, I can't imagine her surviving the wrath of a psychotic Neji. But the idea of having Hinata survive a potential massacre of her clan certainly sounds interresring
I kind of wish you sticked closer to the original story. In this scenario, I think Naruto would remain orphaned and shunned by the village. Sasuke would mainly be just like a normal kid due to having his family. (This sounds horrible) I would have liked Hinata to take Sasuke's place in being the sole survivor of the Hyuga clan with Neji taking Itachi's place. This video you made delved nothing into Hanabi being the sole survivor of the Hyuga clan apart from Neji. It would be interesting to see revenge filled Hinata paired with Naruto and whoever third person of your choosing. Since Naruto and Hinata become married one day, it might be interesting to perhaps see a rivalry turned lovers but that may just be wishful thinking.

The writing is top notch. My one problem with this is that the title is wrong. This isn’t about the Hyuga. It’s more what if the Uchiha didn’t fall. Or what if the Uchia adopted Naruto, or what if Itachi didn’t kill his clan.
