Every time it rains here I can never hear it, so I am glad I found these videos with heavy rain thunder and crackling fireplaces. It makes me feel like I am in a country cabin or back on the farm when I was little especially if it is raining on a tin roof, because that is what we had on the farm. I also love the sound of an old attic fan. I miss those. But I also sleep to the sound of an air conditioner and a fan.

this is nice and one of the better storm sounds on youtube but nothing quite like the real thing. i love storms. perfect for getting cozy and reading a good book or studying and thinking. we haven't been getting many storms or rain. i wish i could control the weather. id just park a big thunderstorm over my house for like a week.
tip: if you don't want youtube ads waking you up or to use up electricity through the night bc it auto plays after you fell asleep, skip to about 20 minutes before the end and turn autoplay off. once it's finished playing your laptop screen will turn off after a few minutes (as long as you have it set like that)

I'll tell ya, you find this rian and thunder relaxing (As I do), try it with your favorite music melded into it; of course using a headset. Of course this is just a suggestion.
I've searched long and hard and this is the best thunder storm audio I have found so far. Listining to this recording was about the only thing that would help my wife fall asleep when she was pregnant in 2014. Thank you for your dedicated work on compiling this audio. It's beautiful!
