We played with great energy early but that second half was awful. Didn’t play with same intensity. Mississippi st dominated on boards which is a concern, but this team was able to overcome that by turning them over and their terrible 3 point shooting. The good news is our team had equal scoring all throughout the lineup and if I’m BP I’m playing pettiford even more minutes. That kid is so good. I was impressed our team scored as much as they did without broome but this weekend at Georgia who plays a tricky zone defense that has given Bruce fits in past while he was at Florida is going to be a tough win on road. If we can do better on the boards I think we can hang with anyone even without broome. That’s scary when broome comes back. Great job. WDE.
I was almost ready to take a step back on this team without Johni and try to come back to earth…. But I digress this is the best college basketball team to ever grace our country WDE🥇🦅😁
Big game for Auburn. Kind of a litmus test for the rest of the season and we passed with orange and blue colors. Good show guys and great day to be an Au Tiger. This is what development looks like.
People won’t talk about it but Jakhi played very very valuable minutes tonight. Can’t stress enough how much that will help him down the road in the season.
Pettiford is an effin' STUD! CBM, Denver, Miles, Chaney and Dylan are all men. And don't get your panties in a wad, but how much more athletic are we without JB in the game? Love the Aden Holloway reference. Is there any news on Pegues or was he just over rated?
@@darrelldapprich5060 Thank you. I turn 64 years old in a few days. The 2004 football team was AWESOME! That team could win in today’s environment. I know I’m several years your senior. Thank you for representing the “older and wiser” generation. Take care.
2004 Auburn Tigers was hands down the best football team to ever play on the Plains of Auburn!!! They had 30+ players on that team that were at least on an NFL team at some point in their life, had 5 NFL pro bowlers, 4 first round draft picks in the 2005 draft including 3 of the top 9 picks!!! Not to mention they had TWO running backs selected #2 and #5👍 With that said, this Auburn basketball team “should” go down as the best basketball team to ever play on the Plains of Auburn!!! IF they can somehow go to Georgia without Broome and beat the undefeated at home Bulldogs, and come back home and beat Tennessee, they will completely erase ANY doubts from anyone with an ounce of knowledge about ball!!!! The main difference between this year and the great teams they have had in the past several years is the simple fact that they don’t fold up like a Dollar General lawn chair when they aren’t playing away from The Jungle. Granted March is when it really matters, but these dudes are gaining invaluable confidence and experience playing these tough road games early in the season, and that will come in handy 2 months from now!!! Either way this will be an epic year, and will be the most entertaining SEC championship tournament ever!!! Just my 2 cents👍 WDE🦅🦅🦅
Do you worry about the fact that there were almost no assists until late in the first half? It seemed like it was all isolation, not so much ball movement....I loved the game, but we need to keep up our passing game
D-dap with the cornbread gangster shirt. Absolutely legendary.

I am just so proud of entire team! How they carry themselves and represent Auburn is amazing. We have the best coaches in the country! WDE
The Jungle really helps. Depth of the bench is really impressive

His defense and energy off the bench for sure was pivotal
Georgia is a problem. I feel totally alone on this. Glad yall said something about playing AT Georgia right now.
Myles Kelly - 10 rebounds !
We have some really tough games on the road coming up. Hope Johni comes back quickly.
This win should scare everyone on Auburn's schedule.
After this past football season, this feels so good. WAR EAGLE!
On the broadcast, Slay lost his mind in the jungle! Just staying ahead of the drug sniffing dogs from the airport 😂
Pettiford is so impressive
You guys l think Dillon Cardwell needs some props! Yall didn't mention him he was jumping 6ft off the floor and rebounding great!

So many things to boog about.
I'll have to go Kelly's double double, favorite play last night, his dagger 3 to end State.
It was like the team decided to just divide up Broome's points and productivity among themselves.
Good show guy's..great playing gents..War Eagle !
Name one other team that loses their #1 guy and still is just as good. None except Auburn
Not just as good but they are loaded. So awesome
The metrics say Auburn was better without him. 😂
I hope we get Pettiford for another season 😮💨
*2 seasons 🤞🏾
He will be back he is not projected first round
He's good but he's not ready for those grown ass men!!
War Damn Eagle.
Haad windmill was ecstacy
Even if we go 4-1 without Broome that’s huge
The TEAM is the player of the game!
Daps shirt is legendary
Cornbread gangster 😂😂😂
Enjoy Pettiford cuz he’s 1 and done
I hope NIL helps us maybe get 1 more yr
Missouri beating Florida Florida at the 9 min left mark
I live by orange beach and I bought tux to LSU in Baton Rouge
Booging is dangerous.
Love the shirt, Darrell. Where can I buy one?
😂😂😂
Amazon

I want that shirt
That was arguably the best win for AU this season. Chaney & CBM really took up for Johni being out. Let's go to UGA and whoop some Dawg butt!
WDE!
Aiden who??? I don't recall
All of that AND Bama lost to Ole Miss. HAHAHAHAHA! War Eagle.
The shirt 😂😂 redemption!!
WDE
Aden Holloway. Who?
5-0
