It's like if a challenge was a maze that had 2 ways out, but producers would only let you win if you went one of the ways. Challenges shouldn't have multiple correct answers if only one of those answers are acceptable.
a massive twist in Survivior 43 or 44 would be bringing back the trivia contest. even for a reward since all the contestants are so up to speed that they think it'll never happen again

The only one that I think was inherently unfair from seeing this was Lex in Africa, and even then he was probably going to lose to Ethan in the end anyways, so he got his $100k regardless.

The Fallen Comrades challenge was the final three immunity challenge (and final immunity challenge overall) in The Australian Outback, But that was a 42 day season. Which is why they had it at the final three.
They didn't know they messed up the Africa trivia challenge until the finale when Lindsey saw the episode and said she also had no piercings, that's why they ran it again in season 4, that was shot before the Africa finale.
So idk if this one really counts but I just watched this video this morning, and then just now I was watching Survivor China (I started rewatching 2 nights ago) and I'm on the episode with the gross food challenge.. and I had to come back to mention the final round between Frosti and Eric, the "thousand year old egg". They literally finish at the exact same time. Eric taps Jeff's arm first, but he then took like 2 full seconds to open his mouth. Like he wasn't really done all the way when he tapped him. Frosti opens his mouth at the same time. It should have been a tie. Bad call. I don't care so much bc I'm happy with how the season played out lol but still. I'd be pissed if I was Frosti. Or Sherea 😂

Had one of the final two misspelled a word, and the third not caught their plural mistakes: the last person standing would have 5 minutes to spell the rest of their words. If they failed to do this, no one would have immunity.

Lex most likely wins Africa if he wins the quiz challenge. Him and Ethan take each other and Lex gets the 4 Samburu votes while Ethan gets the 3 Boran votes.
Only having watched snippets of her time on the show, she plays a very good social game even if she's not good in challenges. She never seems to do anything to make people dislike her enough to want to vote her out, she's not so bad in challenges they want her gone because she's a liability before the merge, she's not so good in challenges they want her gone because she's a threat after the merge, and on at least one occasion (no idea which season) she told another Survivor they were being targeted and gave them a chance to save themselves (don't know if it was successful or not). It doesn't seem to be any one big thing, but lots of little things that mean when she makes it to FTC at least a couple of the jury want her to win, and a decent number of the rest vote for her just because don't want one of the others to win.
The Lex one is probably the most famous one because it would have meant he wins the game. Still not mad though. I'm glad Ethan won. Cancer treatment is expensive.
