The board is still attached to the boat but it got split where the two laminated carbon parts are glued together. I got it fixed and it works just fine again. :) I was lucky.
A RIB (Rigid Inflatable Boat) was stolen by two bad guys. They were chased by our camera operator in a moth dingy. The RIB ran aground & the thieves jumped out and waded ashore. The RIB was now much lighter and took off running in circles until it got stuck again. Undamaged and recovered.
Thieves stole a RIB (rigid inflatable boat). A Moth is a very fast small sailboat. So this sailor on his Moth sailboat attacked the thieves who stole the RIB motorboat.
It appears that some people had stolen that red boat, so he chased them down in a small Hydrofoiling sailboat. From what I gather he was going to do a “sail-by” off the stern of the stolen boat, but ran around. the Hydrofoil dug into the sand, which is what caused the sailboat to violently pitch forward. The three boats thieves apparently jumped out of the boat after it ran around as well, but because them getting out of the boat took off a lot of weight, the boat then freed itself And began circling at full throttle, which is where it was left when the three thieves were trying to get unstuck from the sandbar. Luckily the boat almost immediately ran out of gas
i only damaged my main foil. The gluing split, but was fixable. Not sure what i would have done if i didn't hit the ground. The rip itself didn't sustain damage.

I think it’s terrible that mountain goats have horns, elephants have tusks and elk have antlers, as they could be used for self defense purposes against predatory creatures and we all know that the ability to judiciously engage in violence solves nothing. It’s long past time we force all of nature to disarm and be submissive in the face of threatening behaviour.

Maybe do more cardio training if you’re gonna chase down thieves without like an engine or something to help you lol It would suck if you had a stress induced heart attack just because you pushed yourself too hard and your body wasn’t ready for it
I’m confused, I’m supposed to be afraid of a knife? Most competent thieves have guns, probably best to leave this stuff to the authorities unless you have a gun, know how to shoot and can handle high pressure situations, which is not the general public.
