This is actually the only way ekko can beat talon. if ekko takes electrocute against talon talon will hard stomp ekko even after lvl 6. However if ekko takes hail of blades with bone blating and start with E he wins the lvl 1 and if he gets a good trade at lvl 1 you will probably will kill the Talon on lvl 2 or higher. in this match up you need to bait talon W by fake walking to a minion to last hit and then you retreat. talon will use his W then you all in him proc your passive and retreat. easy win for ekko if you bait the W. On the other hand if you trade passive for passive you will lose 100% of the time talon does more damage and has more resistance than ekko in the early game. but ekko out scale.
