The storyline of Fate/Prototype takes place in its own universe, eight years after the tragic First Holy Grail War also known as the "Heaven's Feel" ritual. Here, the Holy Grail is still the so desired object. However, the darkness contained within the "Holy Grail" is gradually revealed as the characters proceed to struggle against each other in order to win the war.
The story begins with Ayaka Sajyou, a magus who is the last surviving member of the Sajyou family who tries to live her life as normally as possible, while avoiding any connection to her past and the Holy Grail War. However, Ayaka's destiny has been sealed since the day when her father and prominent older sister, Manaka Sajyou, were murdered during the First Holy Grail War, eight years ago. Even now, she can still remember the last thing her father said before his death "You have no choice but to enter into the Heaven's Feel".

The spotlight wasn't really onto shirou/mc but on saber. That's the reason a cool character like 'Archer' Emiya got sidelined in the first version of Stay night. Personally I would have loved a female shirou/ Archer with a male saber; it would have been awesome!

Don't use logic to the fate universe.
The creator of those franchises messed up this universe.
They create their own servants and story without thinking about the consequences. The contradictions.
I mean, if a servant from x world move to y world, that means.. where the hell that servant of y world version? And if u play with multiple universe(multiverse), that also means there will be a loop.
Soo that means every character of Fate universe trapped inside a loop forever. Like... example shirou will grow old and become heroic spirit and then summoned as archer to the Holy grail war and try to kill his younger version but he failed. And that younger shirou will grow old again and will become Archer again in that holy grail war and also trying to kill his younger version again. And fail again. Over and over..
And if there is a loop, then.. HOW MUCH SHIROU HEROIC SPIRIT IN THE THRONE OF HEROES? Infinite?
That's why I keep sticking to the main fate series (zero and stay night). Because the other fate sucks and will messed up the fate universe logic.

There is only one heroic spirit in Throne of Heroes. However, when he is summoned into physical plane he can take infinite number of shapes of forms. They simply pick shape that suits them better....
Imagine it like NPC in game.

It will be like in Steins gate. It will only create seperate universe.... Where Shirou will die. However, Archer will still stay in Throne of Heroes.
Pretty sure the lore about Arthur and Arturia is that Arthur made a wish on the grail to have someone else take his place as king. Which caused merlin to create Arturia as a last resort because he knew history needed an Arthur
Dzulfiqar Bagas Tito Hold on, I thought Heroic Spirits/Counter Guardians are being outside of time and that’s why there wouldn’t be a time loop, Archer is now a being that exists outside of time, which was why he was told multiple times that what he was doing was meaningless

Arthur (saber prototype) already has record breaking popularity. He more or less dominated Twitter during his event in FGO. We already know people are going to go even more crazy for him the more they get to see him.
Proto Gil and Cu versions are also being liked over fsn versions .
And to top it off Ayaka is a really interesting protagonist. She actually knows what’s happening and holds her own quite well considering the circumstances.
Manaka is a great villain. The story is more darker more interesting , then what the hell is their problem.
Come on atleast animate prototype fragments, by the time you’re done with that, Sakura san or maybe Nasu himself would complete prototype’s(2nd holy grail war) story in light novels.

If this gil fought in fate, Emiya would've been done. If you can sword fight with fucking king arthur toe to toe while and archer and barely using the gate of babylon (seriously he throws bottle of magic potions that can grant immortality and return limbs and other useless garbage while fighting) then you can take on fucking shirou Emiya and come out on top if you go at it seriously.
im pretty sure thats fate/prototype is the first idea of fsn should look, from what i heard, its supposed to be an otoge(otome game) before its actually be the fsn og vn, not the fate zero one(cmiiw)

@@OnlineWalker Okay I consider Fate Zero the best of the Fate universe, but it would also be very interesting to see the prototype story adapted with the same love and quality that Zero was adapted. The story is as dark and sinister or even more than Zero.

Based on this vid alone i can see the romance plot. Only difference is the gender swap between master and servant. Heck talking about sex obsessed the prototype is no better cause obv the female master had to have her "sword" shaped command seals between her breasts. Insures sideboobs everytime she rips open her shirt or it gets riped open for other reasons
