- How with all allowances sbiclerk can earn more then 80000 gross salary. New saly junior associate gross salary is 45000 but if he is posted in rural branch or single officer branch or if he is senior most clerk then he has to work cash cash in charge or cash officer then he will get upto 37 to 40000 as extra allowances so he can upto 80000 to 85000 as a gross salary which is equal to as a SBI po salary.

3) girls ko home posting milti h unse posting ke time preference pouchi jaati h ?
4) jaib caib clear krne ke baad kitni salary increase hoti h?
5) sir sbi clerk ko sirf maker ka kàam milta h naa??? Sbi ckerk se kbhi checker ka kaam to nhi krate?
@@stargirl970 1) koi force nahi krega, bus opt out ka opsn choose krna hota he agr eligible hein or nahi lena chahte.
2) bank me aaiye, cash ka kam hi sabse accha lagega. Or nokri means nokr + i hota he. So be prepared for every work. Though apko koi force ni krega agr branch, staff coperative hein. Senior hi cash ka kam krega mostly.
3) Girls ko home posting ya city posting preferably di jati he, but 100% pakka ni he. Han rurl ni di jati, late sitting ni karate.
4) ek alg video me saeratly bataya he. 3 increament milte hein almost 10,000.

@@stargirl970 branch choti he agr .. 1 ya 2 clerk wali or ek officer wali to BM ka checker clerk hi to banega. To clerk checker v banta he. Depends. Badi branch me nahi choti me. Or iski chinta av se na karein. Av focus on exam.

Holiday working ke acche mil jate hein. 1 din ka lgbhag 10% of gross mnthly salary means almost 5000. Bs atm ke liye gaye to 2000 late sitting k almost 300 - 400 an hour km hi milta he .

@@InderjitSingh-ug5zq ha ha. Sahi bat he. Officers log kam hi apply krte hein overtime ka. Khud hi aa jate hein, dur posting ghar pe boriyat so kam hi krte hein. Clerk log ko kam bulate hein to wo apply v kr lete hein BM sahi he to mil v jate hein. Wese jab 85000 milre to clerk v sochta he lagatar 15 din kam se accha chod do 4000 5000 or sunday enjoy kr hi lo.

Han branch manager, no of staff, size and no of customer in branch pe kafi cheejein depend krti he. But as girl everyone supports you and if someone hareas u in any ways, their is a saperate portal for girl to submit their issues named Garima, agr waha kuch dala lunch time me sham hone se phle uski sunwai ho jayegi sedhe mumbai se or matter serius he to kada action liya jata he jisne v pareshan kiya. 98% suportive. 1 2 % lichad to hr jagh hote hein bhna.

sir some youtube channel are saying sbi clerk is worst due to work pressure and frequent posting in differnt brench .now im confused which to choose sbi clerk or cpo. if i mske it.. please throw some light.
@@vladimirputin.6283 joun which comes frst at least u know whts going on there. SBI clerk dsnt have frequent transfer. Policy change was made in 2022. At elast 5 years in a branch then u wl get transfr. They do listn if u request and seats are avilable where u want. Pressr depend on branch to branch and staff. No one can force u after 4 45 . Uniouns are always helpful. U get overtime is u r forced to work.

@@vladimirputin.6283 Targets are given to Branch manager, and some time accountant and cashofficer if branch size is big. No direct presr on clerk. Just expectasns. If u r doing good they wl tell you to do better if u do only rwgulaer thing then.. bane rho pagla kam krega agla. Just do your daily work no one will force u they will just keep saying bhai ye c kr wo v kr.. kr de yar plz.. if u can manage do it othrwise leave it. Now every branch wl have adequate staff as unioun pressrized bank so these 14000 vacancies came. Rest is ur choice luck managemnt skills and pressr handling stratgy.

Halakin rrb bs nps dedussn he or sbi me nps v or pf v to in hand me jyada antr ni dikhta but ye desucsn jo he reteimnt k time 30 40 lkh ka difference kr deta he

See the salary slips and i think tou would understand bcz of home posting, comfert zone, salry as good as PO less wrk pressr and few more things demotivate u frm promosn.
