Hello from Turkey 😊 So basically Rize is a city in Turkey, which is very famous for it's tea. Hemşin is a town in Rize and as far as I know there is an organic tea valley there. I don't know the exact difference between those two teas because I haven't tried Hemşin tea before. But I drink Rize tea nearly every day! The way Turkish people have tea is a bit different than how you have it in the video actually. We incubate the tea leaves with boiling water to obtain a concentrated tea. Then, when we put it in our cup we dilute it with boiling water. I hope this comment was somewhat helpful 🤗 I really love your videos btw ❤️
