cleaning up some used Rusty metal fence post pipes.. intro video (more fence building vids coming)

trying to develop a property and have a house built in these economically challenging times when covid is rampant and materials costs are through the roof I was able to find some used piping metal piping for a really reasonable price in fact I got about a hundred posts worth of piping for $700 and in today's market a single wood post is around $35 and a single metal post is around that same price so at $7 per post it's a pretty good deal even if I have to sand and paint each one..
and I was lucky enough to find some post-topper LED solar lights at Home depot.com for only $5 each..
I only purchased about 40 of them but I am now thinking I should have purchased more at that price because I because everywhere else they cost three times as much even eBay...
