    Sometimes ppl are thirsty for minerals and not water, but we automatically assume water when we are thirsty for a liquid drink, subconsciously what we want is our first ever food when we were a baby. Mineral dense .

    Sounds absurd. I bet a few things are true. 1) I bet he was taking at least one daily pill of some sort to regulate some health issue, 2) I bet he was deficient of sea salt because he had only ingested table salt, 3) I bet he had drank a lot of diuretics like soda, coffee or tea and 4) I bet he pushed himself too far physically.
