I'm not in the medical or engineering fields, but this is pretty interesting! I had never really thought much about where the gas goes *after* the patient, it's not all absorbed though! Scary that it could impair the anesthetist or surgeons, so it makes sense for these things to have systems to handle it, and as another reason for ORs to have really good ventilation. I have only been under general anesthesia once, years ago, to get my wisdom teeth out, and while it wasn't my normal dentist office it also wasn't a hospital. Now based on that info, I have a general idea of what kind of anesthesia machine I was probably hooked up to! They put a mask on me so that probably narrows down the medication a bit, but again idk at all. I also remember vaguely when I was first starting to form new memories as I came out of it, absolutely fascinating experience! Now let's hope that I never have to do it again!!!
Wonderful content and information. Thank you for this. A small suggestion from me is it would be really good if the accuracy of synchronisation between audio and visuals(animations) is better for each sentence that you describe.
We accept there is lack of animation sync as the animation cost is huge and the channel cannot afford at this moment. In future surely we will try to bring more accurate content
I enjoyed watching the video and gained some educational information.I enjoyed the 3D most importantly.I am subscribed.I am interested in taking a certificate or technician training in anaesthesia machines.Does your organization offer training in maintenance and servicing courses for anaesthesia machines?
Iam not a biomedical engineers, but iam Anaesthetic Technician.iam happy with this videos.
I want to learning more on anaesthesia machine
Excellent synopsis. I’m seriously looking into closed circuit anesthesia systems. We are seeing more and more “shortages”. Thank you.
Great efforts for the information.. Thank you👍keep posting
Thank sir such a great information about anesthesia machine mechanisms and action
