    Ingredients:
    450 g milk fish (sliced into 4 PC's)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 cup cooking oil
    1 medium brown onion (sliced, devided)
    3 gloves garlic (chopped)
    15 g butter
    1/3 cup soy sauce
    1/3 cup water
    1 PC lemon squeezed
    Pineapple juice from chunks
    235 g pineapple chunks
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. salt
    Cooking Procedures:
    1. Season the bangus with salt and black pepper, then set aside.
    2. Heat the pan on medium heat and pour in the oil. Fry the bangus until golden brown.
    3. Remove the fried Bangus and set aside. Reduce the oil at least 1 to 2 tbsp.
    4. On the same pan. Saute onions for 20 seconds followed by garlic until aromatic.
    5. Add butter then add in soy sauce, water and lemon juice. Stir and simmer for 2 minutes.
    6. Add pineapple juice and pineapple chucks then simmer again for 1 minute then add black pepper and salt. Simmer until dissolved.
    7. Add in the fried Bangus and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Place the onion rings at the top.
    8. Turn off the stove and transfer to a serving plate. Serve hot with rice and enjoy.
