Here's the simplified version: Yes, there is a function in the Rig bot to always pick Sir Explosive Hopper, but it's not used by the bot that lives in the T90 Discord. It's a programming joke added by Sir Explosive Hopper to fool people snooping around in the source code.
If it's on GitHub sounds like he requested that feature be added (which involves writing the code yourself). Of course if the owner never approves that it never gets added!

Ima say it again, T90, your narration is fantastic. I listen to your games while I’m delivering packages. You paint a pretty good picture. One thing that would really help round it out for me would be throwing in directions. North, south, east, west. Plus I think it gives an extra nostalgic twist. It would especially help in areas of conveying areas of map control and battlegrounds

So many interesting things about this game: poor Grey being absolutely obliterated after that nice bit of backstory, the whistleblowing incident, and Red's Flaming Camel assassinations.

I come here to escape the rigged NFL, NBA and FIFA. Only to find my beloved AOE is rigged as well. The only pause to this comment is that I haven't been able to bet on matches in DK or WH apps. (Just Joking, love the vids and the community. Very enjoyable to watch. But, yeah, the NFL is rigged.

Thanks for the work here. I'm a shadow viewer and I've spend maybe an hour or two a day for the past two years with you (at the point my gf asks me sometimes "have you watched Tristan today?"). Anyway, concerning the sound I may find your voice a bit to loud compared to the game sounds but all in all it's pretty solid, as you said.

Yeah that must have been rough lol. You were losing for most of the game until at the end, Mbappe activated limit break and got a hattrick to force a draw. But you ended up losing in penalties anyway. Personally I wasn't rooting for either side but I definitely preferred Messi's Argentina winning over France getting it twice in a row.

It's funny that you mention couples. My wife and I just started playing aoe2 together against the Ai on the hardest on hideout with 2 random players from the public lobby. This has brought me great joy.

Hey T90! Since you asked about feedback on the audio: I don't know if you changed something from the previous video, but the audio issue I 'complained' about (rumble/pops on the right channel) is better for me now! Also, I think the mic sounds really awesome, true broadcaster vibes! Tiny thing: for me, the game sounds should be a bit less loud, but thats a matter of taste, I guess. Thanks for all the videos, you've kept me from working A LOT! :D
