I've been looking at a set of these for a long time!! I'm a big prospect fan and own like 6 pairs of them. The hard part is what color of lens do I want.
Can anyone tell me, what's the difference between the regular Scott Prospect vs the Snow Cross Prospect? It seems to me that the only difference is the venting holes on the lenses of Snow Cross vs the MX version. Is there any other difference on the frame or foam of each other?
That is correct but the Snow Cross goggle will also have a thicker face foam.
If your like chase and you have bigger calves you Might wanna go up a size
Pretty nice lens. Hopfully make a vented version. Pair i got had glue on the lens but rocky mountin took care of it. The gold vs rose lens is very different tint rose s1 gold s2 and they highlight different colors not sure why scotts didn't put on the marketing.
When you say glue, are you referring to a weird residue on the inside of the lens? - Chase
I got a set for Christmas and love the clarity and field of view, but like the presenter said, the helmet causes them to push down and pinch my nose completely shut. Also, there's a nose guard piece that came in the box which I find impossible to install on the goggles. Great concept, but overall, I find the goggles unusable. Too bad as it was past return period when I figured that out.
I wish they made these in a thinner style where you had more field of view. I ride in the woods and most of the time I say heck with it and don't even wear goggles because I feel like I can't see.same with a helmet if the eye opening was bigger.guess Ill stick to no helmet til that day. They need to be snow googel size..Rideing a dirt bike and being claustrophobic ain't happening
The Scott Prospect Light Sensitive lense could help you.
