    How does the moister get into the tank?

    The composting process takes approximately 6 weeks, but if I keep adding food every day, should I consider the duration from the last added portion?

      That's correct! We would recommend using 2, therefore you can use them interchangeably. Or, you can use a bokashi or an alternative composting method, whilst your EasyMix is working its magic during the 6-week period.

    Will there be any odor and flies?

    • @Hozelockcom
      @Hozelockcom  Год назад

      There will be a smaller odour from the liquid tank, which stores nutrient-rich plant food. We recommend that you use this regularly to reduce any odour. You can also close the air vents.The natural process of composting will create an odour, but the EasyMix is fantastic at minimising any smell. You may find some flies around the Composter, however, this is minimal compared to other composters on the market.

    Why cut grass and citrus fruit have to be

      To ensure a good balance within the composter, we recommend keeping cut grass and citrus below 5%. This will give your EasyMix the best chance of creating a well-balanced compost mixture.

      That's correct :) By rotating the EasyMix at least twice a week and ensuring good airflow, it can produce compost in as little as 6-8 weeks!

      Hello, we recommend turning your EasyMix Composter at least twice a week to ensure the breakdown of organic matter. Your compost will be gradually decomposing over winter, however you should notice a difference as soon as temperatures start to rise. Keeping your composter in sunlight will also help to improve results. You can also adjust air levels by using the yellow intakes on the side of your EasyMix Composter. We hope this helps :)
