Great idea! Two questions: How do the rulers work in relation to the blade height? Is the jig designed to work only at a specific blade height? What is holding the material to the bolt? A combination of glue and machine screw threads in wood? Is that strong enough?
The ruler is more relevant if you have a fixed point at one end like in his earlier design. That way you can get horizontal alignment between the 2 fixed points just by using the measure. You can also then measure the amount of taper you want on the blank from that reference point. Bolt is just screwed into a pre drilled hole 1mm smaller than the bolt size.
The height of the saw blade is 30mm/ If the scale is 10mm, the diameter is 20mm, If the scale is 70mm, the diameter will be 140mm. Search by connection nut. The size is m8*30mm.
Normally, I would just throw this on my lathe, but this would result in more consistent spindle work. Are there any safety factors to consider, beyond the table saw? Any potential kickback issues? Do you have any problems holding the jig down as you push it through the saw? I do live the idea, I’m going to have to try it.
Safe for that lateral pressure against blade?
Thanks for sharring.!!!
Super, dziękuję 🤓
오~.
굉장 합니다.

Do you have any plans available for this?

Muito bom 👍🏻 parabéns 😊
Faltou o plano 😮
Excelente, nem parece real😮
Obrigado por assistir.
What made you change the design (Regarding the bearings)?
Production becomes easier.
You can also work thinner.
How to calculate the diameter of wood?
The height of the saw blade is 30mm/
If the scale is 10mm, the diameter is 20mm,
If the scale is 70mm, the diameter will be 140mm.
Thank you very much.@@JigShop
