As a New Yorker I’ve been going to Francois’s Deep Space party for years and he is one of the greats (producer, true DJ, taste maker) since the 70’s. Show the Man the respect he’s do.

Some years ago I was his driver during his time as a festival DJ in Copenhagen. He was so easy going and polite it was a real treat to meet him.

One of the most important guys in music for me, given everything he's contributed to the scene. Just consistently on top of the game for over 30 years, nothing but absolute quality and integrity, along with the likes of Ron Trent, Kerri Chandler etc diamond
Some of you might not know but this gentleman is 62 years old.
Absloute quality selection of electronic music this guy...im 48 and i have loads of his stuff. Not the best dj ever but an absolute genius and incredible taste of music.

he's playing at a Brooklyn festival this summer at 70!

Francois K is one the greatest Dj's on the planet people. He's older than house music itself. He's super cool and knows how to blend like a genius. His 4 on the floor beats is fundamental. Look at his head moving. It took years to learn that! He's like a mutant with this man! Go Francis, you got it!

I had the pleasuer of sitting round a table talking with him last week. Stoked to say the least! Then I met Carl Craig the next night... What can I say? Brilliant guys both of them and their music has been a great influence on me over the years since a teenager

This man is a legend,it's a bit sad to saw him lost in all this electronic devices
He seem to work on it 100% of his time and seem devoid of everything that is happening in front of him.. He himself actually believe that audience require all the trickery of playing stems and what not, but i don´t. Personally i just believe that all you need is two turntables and a mixer.. And loads of energy and feedback from audience.
Francois can do it with one turntable,he’s a master,but he loves to experiment with new equipment,he’s not about to drag his vinyl collection out there.😁
