One of the most common things I get asked to do is this mullet taper or some version of this so here's a tutorial that can hopefully help anyone else that also gets this request pretty often.
I’m trying to achieve this same hairstyle. I recently buzzed my hair to a number #2 all even but if I want to grow out my hair for a modern mullet do I just simply let my hair grow out and get a skin taper on the sides from time to time??

I’d say the best thing to as is for a low taper. And then make sure the top and back are the same length. All depends what length you have right now. It’s a mullet with a low taper essentially. Hope that helps
Yes for sure this is the best fade for a Modern Mullet. Or if the hair is shorter in the back and you’re growing it out go for a burst fade. I’ll be getting back to making RUclips videos and that’s the first tutorial I’m putting out!!

Yes the best thing to do is start growing it out and just get tapers for the time being !

Hi if he is growing a mullet ? Why did u cut some inch for the back of the hair?
Maybe it’s just a shorter variation of a mullet it’s a modern mullet.
Exactly this. It’s a modern mullet. We aren’t trying to have it get super long in the back

Which shears do you use?
I use Sam villa shears. They are the streamline series. And the thinning shears are from quartered steels
