In today's video, I will show the process of replacing a 3-knife planer shaft with a Helical shaft on a Belmash BELMASH J200/1800AM jointer.
I do not pretend to be a textbook, but only show the process itself how I managed to cope with the replacement in a hobbyist workshop. The process is not quite complicated, but it is associated with the dismantling and installation in reverse order of the planer shaft, as well as the removal and pressing of bearings.

В сегодняшнем своем ролике я покажу процесс замены 3 х ножевого строгального вала на вал Helical на фуганке Белмаш BELMASH J200/1800AM.

Хорошее видео. Всё понятно. У меня станок похожий станок пауэрматик 60 с. Почти сразу загудел подшипник. При остановке появилась вибрация. Может,вы, знаете? Есть ли замена оригинальным подшипникам на нормальные?

Действительно ширина станка 1 метр,как указано в характеристиках. Не понятно откуда метр при том что ножи на 200мм?
