Carrot salad is one of my hubby's favorites. I have never used the matchstick carrots before. I usually grate my own. However the matchstick carrots would hold up better to the dressing, so I shall be trying those when I next make carrot salad. I like to cut up apple in my salad also. It gives it an additional crunch and sweetness.

Deviled eggs are great. I have a special box made by Rubbermaid that is for deviled eggs so it makes it easy to store them in the refrigerator and also to take them places. I have never made carrot salad but I have eaten it. The raisins make it nice and I have had it with sunflower seeds in instead of the pecans. I would think that both would be good in it. I do not remember having the pineapple in it but I think that I would like that also. The pineapple that you opened did look like they took rings and cut them into chunks. I have opened a can of what the label said was chunks and found rings instead, so i cut the rings like that inside the can. Oh, well, it still pineapple no matter how you cut it!!
My Momma liked carrot salad. I've never got a can of chopped pineapple like that lol. Your supper looks good. I hope Titus wrist heals quick. He needs to wrap it in an ace bandage and take some ibuprophen or aleve. I sprained my wrist a few years ago when I fell outside. I thought it was broken because it hurt all the way down my pinky finger but went to urgent care and they xrayed it and thankfully it wasn't broken just badly sprained. I still have problems with it at times especially when it's cold out.
