Gambir is a wonderful player but bringing gambir as a coach will bring ego clash between him and kohli for sure.. we already seen wat happened when anil kumble was the coach though kumble was a good coach players were aginst him and in the end he resigned his and we also lost the champions trophy.. and gambir is someone focus on the result rather than process and he is not a cool head as well.. and he openly said if he get a failure then it would take a longtime for him to get over with that.. a coach is someone who should above of every players in terms of maturity and good attitude. but gambir's both alredy displayed in ipl. Choosing fleming also is not a good choice bcoz he is cool but not much brainy in terms of forming strategy agains opponents and reading the game and helolping the players.. dont get fooled since he is the coach of csk. Bcoz we all know who is everything in there..
