Could Geomagic Wrap Extract Free Form Surface , like Extract free form in Geomagic for Solidworks ?

Thank you for the question! Wrap can create a Freeform NURBS surface on any mesh using the Autosurface tool. Is this the feature you are looking for?

@@Oqton ... No, not Autosurface . I have seen Commend tool is call "Extract Freeform" in Geomagic For Solidworks video too use for cut solids body.
