- Most people take the train from Kandy or Nuwara Eliya to Ella because of the scenic views. but I decided to go with the tuktuk so we could make a stop by the Bomburu Ella waterfall.
On the way we stopped for some beautiful views and temples and eventually for the gorgeous Bomburu Ella waterfall. Not only the waterfall was beautiful but also the local homemade sri lankan food alon the trail. Definitely worth the detour!

Hi Tim, the girl who made lemon juice , she didn’t get what you asked, she was keep saying “yes” for everything, they don’t make juice with the water of waterfall, they use pure water from Wells or tap lines. You don’t need to worry of having it 😉

Pancakes are made of a wheat flour batter. Sometimes eggs are also added. Inside it is scraped coconut mixed with carameled sugar and spices such as cardamom and cinnamon. Love your videos and it is fantastic to see how you explore and just randomly start conversations with locals. ❤ Good luck!

Wow the waterfall and the nature its surrounded with are Very beautiful. As far as i now water from the waterfall is the cleanest Bec they are constantly flowing from the mountain but if u see a pond or still water then thats not gud even if it look clear.

I'm pretty sure that the Lime juice lady didn't understand what u asked about water in the drink. They probably don't use waterfall water directly into juice. Might be purified water most probably.

Just wanted to correct you. She said yes water from waterfall because she couldn't explain where she is getting water from. Even it is from waterfall, that is really natural and you are not going to get sick. If she is using dirty water she can not be there and competitors will destroy her business. Sri Lanka is having really natural water, since i am living in Dubai, we really missed that natural water coming from mountains

Pls visit dunhinda falls ( brides falls) in badulla. Waiting to see some comments and pictures there
go to Riverston as well, climate there is bit cold and there is a nice waterfall called Sera alla.
You will be jaw dropped when u reach to the top of Diyaluma Falls. Please don't miss that. it is also located close to Ella

The juice you drank was not lime. It is called Naaran and is kind of a mandarin that is not very sweet but green and sour like lime.

Seems to be a common problem with vloggers. They feed the answers to vendors who can barely understand English, who with a camera pointed at them find it easier just to nod. This is then given out as facts.
