I just got back from an injury an I've decided I really want to give ballet my best shot and see if I can make it. 😅beautiful Hannah! Ankle injuries are the worst sometimes. I still have to ice mine every now and again on days when I've been on my feet for long periods. I tore two ligaments in my left ankle going on 7 years now. Voltaren gel has been a God send on the more achy days. God bless beautiful lady. Till the next. Oh highlight of my week: I finally have shelves for my pantry staples. Might not mean alot to some but to me AMEN! Living in a studio flat storage space is not that much.
If definitely is the small things in life that make the biggest difference! Ankle injuries are so tricky 🙈🙈 so difficult to sometimes separate the occasional ache and pain to an actual injury 😝

When someone goes off and we have to re space some of the numbers we have emergency placing calls that are usually 30 mins before the show starts.
