About the lights randomly turning on! I had that issue too with my tv and led lights! When I turned the volume on my tv up and down, the led lights would change colours so maybe that’s what happened… or a ghost 🤷🏻♀️

I lived there a couple years ago. If you’re careful with it and make sure to patch the holes (suuuuper easy and cheap), you should be okay! So many people have lived here so there’s usually damage to the walls anyway. Pretty much the same with all ASU-related off campus apts :)
