"kids connect with fear."
Damn. Well said, Robb.
"Have you tried turning the evil on and off again?"
Best line in this XDDDDDDDDD
Bia T I wish I could up-vote you a thousand times.
"Have you ever tried NOT being evil?"
i realize it's pretty off topic but do anyone know of a good place to stream new tv shows online?
@Braylen Abraham flixportal :D
@Bobby Christopher thanks, I went there and it seems like a nice service =) Appreciate it !!
Looking forward to the review where Santa Christ plays Oprah. Not just Oprah's role, but Oprah herself.
Malcolm dressed as Santa Christ playing Oprah.
Oprah Christ???
This needs to happen.
Really really needs to happen.
Like, I could play that before the Senatorum Imperialus and Adeptus Ministorium and they would actually do something useful for once needs to happen.
Like, I could play that for the Emperor and he'd pick is ancient decayed backside up off the Golden Throne and get stuff done needs to happen.
Like, I could play that and Ferrus Manus and Sanguinius would come back from the dead and all my other brothers would come back and we could all go kick the crap out of Lorgar for being such an idiot needs to happen. Also, #BlameLorgar.
Aitor Molina played by Rob Walker
sadly they didn't make an sketch. now there is a review.
Oh Rob. What a delightful intro.
A little Rob Hauer for ya.
Even better than Doug's intro to beauty and the beast.
I don't think I've ever seen Rob laugh this hard before.
This movie is either adding 50 years to Rob’s life or it is going to kill him. Don’t know man, if you keep laughing like that I’m betting on the second.
Doug and Rob were then smited by the Supreme Goddess Oprah for daring to mock her performance in this movie.
i hope now that snoke i dead oprah rises to power
Tadicuslegion78 Oprah is so overrated.
Isn't the format just, smite? I am probably wrong as I get most of my biblical knowledge from Disney films.
"Smote" is the past tense of "smite".
Think "wrote" and then "write", but in reverse.
Smite, smote, were smitten. You're welcome.
I could listen to these two talk for hours.

"Childlike without being childish" - this has never been Disney's strong suit, but more than that, their flaw is that they have no faith in their audience. They don't believe that their audience, which are typically children, can follow complex storylines, or cope with heavy concepts, without it being watered down and spoon-fed to them. So the actually meaning of the book is broken down into platitudes, and all we're left with is whimsy without weight. "A Wrinkle in Time" would be a difficult for anyone to adapt, but Disney is exactly the wrong company to do it.
I mean they made hunchback of notre dame dark and meanspirited but it still has this goofy moments. Buf i see what u mean
I have to disagree. Rewatching Disney movies all my life, I don't really think they talk down to children, at least not as much as I've seen other animation studios do, like with Sony or Illumination. Disney can present heavy concepts and dark elements into their stories. I think though why might think Disney is because when your a child watching a film by them you're not fully going to understand them or maybe see them fully at a young age. What I like about Disney is that they introduce such theme to young audiences and what makes Disney last is that as you grow older you go and see maybe more mature ideas because you are beginning to experience them more. What I love about Disney I've gone from watching some of my movies as a kid just like the songs or the heroes and villains, and then as I got older viewing them again and seeing what lies beneath and understanding it more because of the experiences I've grown up with. I can though agree that Disney does put in goofy aspects to their stories and that can be attributed to being a company that mainly cater to the young audiences and that's part Hollywood entertainment to thaat demographic and in regards to adapting books it can be hard and they will change certain aspects of it to either view with their standard or current modern standards, for better or worse. But to able to do that and blend it with compelling stories and characters in thier best movies that can last decades in some cases is something I have to admire.
Bull fucking shit. That has ALWAYS been Disney's strongest trait is their ability to be "childlike without being childish". They just messed up in this one instance.
Disney probably has the BEST examples of films that do all those things. Disney and especially Pixar found a pretty good balance of grand childlike adventure and heavy themes
I've never seen Rob laugh this hysterically... now I have to see this movie to experience the weirdness and unintentional hilarity...
Sounds like this movie should have been directed by Tommy Wiseau. "You're tearing me apart, Oprah!"
'Oh, hello Mindy...'
Yes yes
rum runner At least this movie would have more moments of unintentional hilarity.
Seriously, from what Doug and Rob were saying about delivering the quirky dialog, maybe Bryan Fuller should have directed.
That might have actually improved it.
TBH, I don't think they were suggesting Meg actually was ugly or unattractive. It's just that she had low self esteem and thought of herself that way.
If were talking about what i think were talking about dont give the writers too much credit theyve been using that joke as a crutch for seasons now
"But it's a kids movie....It's a love letter to kids not critics."
I honestly....Can't. STAND. This mentality. Ugh. Just....ugh nonono.
YES! It's like then what's Inside Out? Wizard of Oz? Kung Fu Panda? Just something made to pander to the critics?
TheMKatStudio
11year-old me would HATE this film and watch Sailor Moon instead
My younger brother who's 10 told me that it was the worst movie he ever saw. I fully agree with him.
Ribotto Studio what's the problem with the love message in it? You guys act like love is a disease or something
SINCEA King second channel If you deliver a good message but do it cynical and bad with no passion, it kind a destroys the message.
When the people who made this movie put in this scene at the beginning, it was a chart decision "Hey, say something about love and how it is the ultimate power or something. That way, we manipulate the audience to feel really sad when the father suddenly disappears. And we can make everyone who doesn't like it look like heartless bastards. Brilliant!"
That is simply not a conversation a father would genuinely have with his daughter, even if he really loves her.
I think this movie should've been animated like the Little Prince because of these sequences and imagination in this book.
YES!
As someone who wrote their senior capstone paper in college on this novel, yes it’s so strange and pretty out there. But what makes it work better as a novel rather than a film is its spiritual symbolism and scientific imagery that work so well on paper because it takes the time to explain both themes and how they intertwine together. Hence, a universe based on living within a scientific world through faith.
Also, it was Mrs. Which that was a spec of light. If you pay close attention to the characteristics of each Witch while reading the book, you’ll notice how they symbolize the Holy Trinity in some way.
Monica Solano Woah. What was the thesis about?
Sean Weeks Having looked at this book and its sequel through a New Criticism approach, I explained how Madeleine L’Engle, the author of the series, intertwines the ideas of science fiction and faith in order to understand the importance of Meg’s journey as a hero and a young maturing girl when she is faced with the challenges of good and evil.
Monica Solano They could visually depicted all that like in What The Bleep Do We Know?!
Very cool. Would love to read it! :) L'Engle's liberal Christianity and interest in other religions was eye-opening to me as a kid, and I became a physicist who studied relativity--and I still think of this book! :) I thought the "Shakespeare 3 witches / Holy Trinity" is a nice observation too.
It seems to me like they needed "early Harry Potter" atmosphere, and somehow they went with "MTV/Disney movie and glitter" atmosphere. :D
I put this on the Tamara Just Saw: the movie was aggressively generic. It removed all the spirituality, the Aunt Beast planet, the twins...I mean Meg in the book is whiny, impatient, not attractive, full of faults. The Mrs Ws were old ugly witches, which made Mrs Whatsit's transformation amazing. Mrs Which (Oprah's character) is rarely even seen. I highly recommend the book still, but now it has TWO awful movies attached to it.
The old version was even worse from what I remember now though since Rob was laughing when thinking about what he saw with this one, whereas the other isn't even funny, it's just boring!
I wouldn't call the movie AWFUL
But it was plain. Average. Kind of boring.
The kid (youngest) is the best part
Meg's actress is really bad
I knew this movie would probably not go well. The book is very strange but it makes sense in its own way. It's not an easy story to film.
Yes, Ms. Whatsit transforms into a centaur.
Also, Ms Which wasn't meant to be sparkly. She was supposed to be dressed as a stereotypical witch with black hat and clothing.
Mrs Which also couldn't manifest fully and was described as a bag of pudding.
I read the book as a kid too. I remember stopping reading the creepy as hell suburban part near the end and asking my mom what the heck I was reading. It was the trippiest thing I had read at that time. "Wrinkle in time" and "Whisper of Death" by Christopher Pike are the creepiest kids book I ever read.
Doug you don't need to wear a sock cap for our sake, don't be afraid to show us all the reflective glory of the noggin
I'm just imagining a glittered, giant flying cabbage with an Oprah head and I'm literally dying.😂😂😂
Oprah's character wasn't even the leader in the book! That was Mrs. Whatsit! (Reese Witherspoon in the movie) Oprah's role, Mrs. Which, was just the bitter, eccentric third wheel that Mrs. Whatsit had to constantly tell off! Stupid Oprah's not even appeasing her ego correctly!
*clears throat* Sorry, had to get that out there.
Sam Miller Actually, Oprah’s character Mrs. Which was the leader in the novel since she was said to be the wisest of the three and Reese Witherspoon’s character Mrs. Whatsit was the youngest of the three.
One thing I like to point out didn't Mrs. Which get her name because she looks like a FUCKIN Witch? Also She was kind of bitch in the book, her and meg didn't get along at all from what I recall. Also Mrs. Whatsit was the one who had faith in meg.
Monica Solano True, but she still definitely wasn't as prominent in the story as the other two. She was even the last to be introduced, if I remember. Mrs. Whatsit might have been the youngest, but she's still the most talkative and the one with the most connection to Meg.
Just as important, Mrs Which was rarely visible in the book, and was mostly just a voice. Of course, that wouldn't go for Oprah....
Oprah's ego would not allow Reese Witherspoon role to be leader because she is Oprah who is the from of god
WHAT! THEY DON'T HAVE THE CENTAURS?? How can you screw that up they were the most iconic part of the book!
It was Aunt Beast for me...and I've heard that character and the whole interaction with Meg wasn't in the movie. Only a reference.
The love interest was a bit of a jock, but he wasn't an idiot. He was 'the normal one' along for the ride. His ability and value to the group was communication, which came in handy later on.
Davidh41690 And in it didn’t apply for the movie. He’s kind of just there and doesn’t do anything
Rob, you don't remember correctly. Calvin also was a smart one, the one smart person in his family, hence he feels better with Meg's family, because there his smartness is appreciated. It was actually Meg who had more trouble than either Calvin or Charles Wallace because they were "there" while she was in-between.
He was also severely abused both physically and emotionally. I haven't seen the movie, but I am fairly certain they cut all of that out.
All my life, I’ve been really into books. I was reading Harry Potter to myself at age 5. Until sometime in middle school, there was only two books that I put down in the middle of. One was Lord of the Rings, as it was just too dull and long for me (trying to read it again now), but the other was A Wrinkle in Time. My mother tried to read it to me first, and it gave me nightmares for at least a week. I then had to read it for school in 5th grade, and it was still terrifying. Thank you for this review. If you had said the movie was good, I would’ve felt obligated to read it again.
If Chronicles of Narnia and Bright can have centaurs, they wouldn't have been out of place in A Wrinkle in Time.
Rob's laughter could cure cancer
I lost it when Rob quoted Robot Chicken. I never thought I’d hear that show get mentioned on Channel Awesome.
They quote it very frequently (especially ''what a twist'').
Rob's hard core laugh is contagious!!!!! HAHAHAHAHAH!! :D
For ROB (tho it does come from Wikipedia...): "Their first stop is the planet Uriel, *a Utopian world filled with Centaur-like beings who live in a state of light and love.* Mrs.Whatsit herself shows that *she, Mrs.Who, and Mrs.Which are all these centaur-like creatures* in disguise as humans. "
So... Can we expect a NC review of this movie? Just as long as rob doesn't die from laughter of course. ;)
Luna Deafenhine I want this to do a new vs old on this the original was better in my book
DEATHFIFR how can you do a new vs. old for something if there's only been one movie of it?
Batman there has been more than one movie of it cuz I remember watching it when I was in high school right after I read the book it came out somewhere around 2003 also by Disney so you can't say there was only one version because this version that came out this year wasn't the only version the one that came out years ago was much better you should do your research before you come out on something
Batman look up A Wrinkle in Time: 2003/2018 side -side-by-side ( teaser trailer )
The RUclipsr that mashed the two trailers together is matt skuta
Please after watching those two trailers side by side tell me which one you like better
I hope they make a nostalgia critic review of the original wrinkle in time movie. It's so bizarre.
If I were to describe this movie to a friend who knows jack-shit about A Wrinkle in Time (just the movie), I'd say...
"It's a strange combination of Dr. Who, Alice in Wonderland, and a generic light v dark story."
"Does it work?" my friend will ask.
"...No."
It works in the book.
That is pretty much the book. I read it not too long ago and it seemed like entertainment for kids who focus way too much on the fact that they make the highest grades in their class. Like a distilled Ender's Game with the more interesting bits filtered out, and mixed with some confusing twisted Lion the Witch and the Wardrobe religiosity factor
The book is good, but a product of its time (1960s). The author saw modern science and spirituality as kind of a unified whole. As a kid, it feels like a nice fusion of fantasy and sci-fi (some nods to Einstein relativity in there). The book also didn't shy away from talking about Jesus or Buddha (or Euclid or Copernicus). It was also anti-communist (Camazotz) and everything becoming homogenized. Still is a nice story.
I read that in Samurai Jack's voice and laughed
34% Audience Score 42% Critic Score on Rotten Tomatoes. If THAT doesn't deflate Oprah's ego nothing will.
Disney has a lot of potential with the live action stuff but they never seem to be able to get it quite right. It’s usually to far off from the original or to close to it.
Which one is The Jungle Book and which is Pete's Dragon?
ajmrowland I have yet to see those but theyre the only remakes I want to see (that are currently out)
The Jungle Book was actually the only life-remake that I actually liked because they went back to the source material and included more of it.
They made too many Disney channel movies, they forgot how to direct a normal movie
By the way, in case anyone's wondering: Rob's not crazy. I did a google image search and found 3 different book cover arts with Centaurs on them.
LOL even the DVD cover of the 2003 TV version has a Centaur.
"Have you tried turning IT off and on again?" XD
Lydia H "I'm disabled!"
Ooh! This would be an interesting old vs new episode! There was another Wrinkle in Time movie from like the early 2000’s. It’s pretty true to the book!
I personally loved the book as a kid!
I’m not interested in watching this version, I don’t want it to be ruined for me .... I’ll wait until I don’t have to pay to watch it lol
I've never seen Rob laugh so hard.
I take it this movie does not have the scene where the three Mrs accidentally take the kids to a world that's entirely 2-dimensional which nearly kills them?
'We don't vote for politicians anymore.' So true...
My mom read this book to me when I was a kid, and the scene with the kids bouncing the balls and everything TERRIFIED me. Even now, I can still remember that part of the book, and the feelings it created. It a very odd, and creepy book from what I remember otherwise, almost like what I imagine a bad LSD trip is like...
Rob climaxed during this movie. Its so funny.
This movie never got me remotely interested in watching it. It just looked like a nonsensical "kid on magical adventure" film where in the end all you take away from it is "Believe in Yourself!"... with pretty pictures thrown in
Truth be told, if this movie was marketed with the exact same things that made it so popular, it would hardly break even at the box office; with only diehard fans going to see it. We'd be lucky if conservatives were pissed off because of it's themes.
"planet Urethra"
Rob lol
Rob's laugh gives me joy. I would like to see them react to their old home movies next.😄
As someone who did a Wrinkle in Time as my first play and my first acting experience and fell in love with the story cause of that, I feel like if I watch the movie I'll die of anger
Review for movie: Cocaine’s a hell of a drug.
Whiplash95 Considering this movie, more like LSD
I don't think you know what cocaine does.
RhythmGrizz bro, he’s Scarface. He knows what cocaine does.
IM RICK JAMES BITCH!
That’s not what cocaine does dude, you’re thinking of LSD
Huge budget and they couldn't even get semi believable red color contacts?
I don't think I remember Rob laughing THIS much and so wholeheartedly... and it was just pure fun! Instant like!
Rob is right, there is a part with centaurs in the book.
Doug comparing Calvin to Hugh Jackman is hysterical! It’s ironic too because Hugh Jackman and Levi Miller (he played Calvin) were in the film Pan together
I laughed so hard I may have jizzed myself
-Rob Walker, 2018
Blackiecomics jists
Rob's mirth in this video is _so_ contagious. I was never interested in this movie, but now I kind of want to experience the mind-f*&kery for myself.
If you wanted to do a nostalgia critic on it but you were worried that there isn't enough content, you could always do an old vs new and compare and contrast the idea of following the book exactly or adding a whole bunch of new stuff. I remember about 10-15 years ago when I was in grade school we watched a Wrinkle in Time movie after finishing the book...
The biggest thing to take from this movie is that OPRA = IS GOOOOOOOOOOOOD
SEE the giant Oprah. FEEEEEEEL the giant Oprah!!!!
Rob just radiated pure joy talking about Orpah's scenes.
1st book - A Wrinkle in Time
2nd book - A Wind in the Door
3rd book- A Swiftly Tilting Planet
and then a random fourth book that has Sandy and Dennys called Many Waters
dumblydorr_61441 Despite the story being based on Noah and the Flood, I thought Many Waters was one of the best in the series. I liked that the twins were given a chance to be the heroes for once. Plus I liked that Noah's sons and daughters were fleshed out characters.
I agree. I loved that the "normal" siblings were given a chance to be the heroes, and I found the seraphim and nephilim to be fascinating.
And then a 5th Book: An Acceptable Time, which is about Meg & Calvin's daughter, Polly.
I recently re-read the series and agree that Many Waters is one of the better ones of the series (though my favorite is still A Swiftly Tilting Planet). I also loved the metaphor in that book of the inevitability of Noah's flood was for the perceived inevitability of nuclear annihilation at the height of the Cold War--and how one tries to live their life with that sword of Damocles hanging over their head. It really explains the twins reactions to the possibility of nuclear annihilation in Book 3 a lot more.
I had totally forgot about this book! It was definitely one of my favorites. I think most of her books can be traced back to Meg and her family, can't they?
Jesus christ Rob, you had me on the floor laughing.
You could do an Old vs New, since there was an older movie.
Just how well rob remembers books he read decades ago is insane
I grew up on the adaptation from 2003. It severely creeped me out as a kid. I'd definitely recommend it!
Damn it! Twenty minutes in and I'm certain this hilarious video will be way better than watching A Wrinkle in Time.
Can't wait for the Dom to do this movie! I remember reading these books and loved them, haven't seen the movie, Infact didn't even know there was a movie coming out for it.
I saw the trailer for this film, and I genuinely thought it was a Disney Channel original movie
About the "everyone is beautiful in Hollywood part" I agree that is really something which get me out of a movie or even a show, I find this particularly annoying in modern shows everyone is beautiful so you can pair them up for some sex scenes all you want and it feel so artificial and wrong. HOWEVER there's one case of casting in big blockbuster I will get behind forever : Ginny Weasley from the Harry Potter movies, obviously by the point they were making the second movie the producers had NO IDEA that she'd become a main character and Harry love interest I'm pretty sure they thought Hermione would so they casted Ginny not as a love interest but how she's portrayed in that book an awkward kid and I think the actress is charming, this feel like a real person not a poster kid for some shampoo commercials so this one is more on Rowling taking her time developping her characters. Overall the Harry Potter movie are pretty good at this but the Ginny case really take the cake for me!
The Gems from Steven Universe, yes! They're exactly the voices I heard these Mrs. characters having. It does not translate easily into blockbuster acting. Mrs. Whatzit was Pearl all day long.
No, the centaurs were from Spy Kids 3.
SyberiaWinx underrated comment lmao
So... it’s kind of like Shark Boy and Lava Girl.
Just from watching the trailer I already knew the book would remain better
NC needs to review "Ready Player One" being made off the fundament of 80's Nostalgia :-).
Honestly, the most entertaining part of this review by far was learning all about Rob's traumatic cold war catholic school childhood.
It was more of a Pegasus then a centaur
7:48-7:50: "Now it just seems like pretentious shite."
I never thought I'd hear Doug use a British swear word! 😂
"Sweet dreams are made of these "
"Who wouldn't mind to disagree?"
"Travel the world and seven seas"
"I am watching you through a camera!" - Artie Ziff
"I'm gonna use you and abuse you. I gotta know what's inside you," (From the Marilyn Manson cover)
Marco Hidalgo I love that version!
Chirs stuckmann said that this movie is like the Disney version of lady of the water. Stuckmann said that just like lady on the water he respect this type of movies because they came in the most intimate parts of their authors (lady on the water is based in a bedtime story that shymalan invented for his children) even if they are completely non scense and backshit insane. You in the other hand you will have the potential to give this movie a full NC review XD
EDIT: i think i know the walker brothers WAAAAY too much
motor4X4kombat Anyone who would second that? A full Nostalgia Critic review of this movie?
Batshit*
M.D. Webster I second that. I want to see the Nostalgia Critic tear this movie to shreds like he did with Maleficent.
Stuckmans honestly getting to the point where he loves everything for insert reason.here almost. Its starting to discredit him imo
Jacob Logan he never said he love it (he gave it a c-). He said that he respect what they were trying to do, that is more humble and human than most internet trolls like you that does nothing but ranting for 40 minutes.
Fun fact: my family now calls Charles Wallace "C-Dubbz" because we were laughing so much that they always, always, ALWAYS call him his extended name
100% critic it!!! give the people what they want!
Dude, please review Van Helsing (2004), there is so much overacting and is such a perfect movie for you to review.
Perhaps this halloween.
He already did
Well, give this movie this! At least it took some risks unlike Beauty and the Beast (2017).
Risk? pfftt ha ha ha ha ha
nah
God the new Beauty and the Beast suuucked
I'd rather watch that than a episode of Glee
Indiana Solo And the Fellowship of the Ewoks no. Taking dumb, stupid risks and poorly executing a plan doesn't make you better. Stop encouraging crap like this. Hell, by that logic Book of Henry is a master piece.
The tv version was a DISNEY CHANNEL Original in 2003. I guess they felt it's been 15 years and no one remembers that version. I know I didn't.
It's Fant4stic forgettable, that's why people don't remember it.
Diarra Harris I remember it, it is horrible
Diarra Harris i havent seen the theatrical version but its better than the disney channel movie
I kept comparing the two. I think it's why the film didn't bother me as much as it seems to other people. I know how bad it could have been.
I'm glad I watched reviews of this before going to it, seems pretty bad. I'd probably watch Black Panther again instead
Black Panther is one of the better superhero movies along with Winter Soldier in my humble opinion.
Xavier Horn Me too. I don't know if I'm going to see Black Panther tomorrow or on Sunday. What I do know is that I am NOT watching this shitty second adaptation of A Wrinkle in Time. I'll just wait until it is on TV and available for streaming.
I encourage you to go watch something that doesn’t get a lot of advertising money or something that seems mysterious or promising or out of the box instead of paying again to see a $100 million movie for a second or third time - whether it’s a Wrinkle in Time or Black Panther, it’s all still going to Disney
Please explain to me what makes Black Panther so good without bringing up any of the SJW agendas it's pandering to. I'll wait.
I'd rather go watch Thoroughbreds than watch this or Black Panther.
First you made me love how stupid Jupiter ascending was and now I must see how stupid you made this movie sounds.
Yes, please replace the three women with garnet amethyst and pearl
Vespertine Creations And Steven!
can you do a nostalgia critic on the OTHER "A Wrinkle in Time" movie that came out in the mid-2000's
cuz that one was absolutely batshit insane, and yet the most boring thing i've ever seen
THANK YOU, finally someone has the same opinion as me about that version!
I have to give props to you. Geriatric Ninja is a hilarious username.
It came out in the 80's
There will come a animated grinch movie by the same people how did the minions so please don't die😰
Is there hope left for humanity
Don't forget they are making a Mario movie too
I saw an ad for it on youtube with the "do you like this ad?" I immediately disliked it because it looked like the Lorax
I recommend everyone to skip this and watch The Nutcracker instead as Christmas movie. And I have no idea if The Nutcracker will be good or not, but at the very least the music will be good.
Ha No Couldn't just feel the Christmas feeling from that Grinch trailer? I know I didn't.
2 minutes. We lost Rob after 2 minutes. 🤣
I read this book when I was twelve, and I remember hating it lol. I felt like the whole book was passable until the ending when everything was solved with “love”. For a sci-fi fantasy book, it felt like a cop-out.
37:24 You're not crazy, Rob. I have the book, and I too read it in the fourth grade. It was Mrs. Whatsit who was a FLYING centaur, on a planet full of OTHER flying centaurs, who were gliding through the sky like the pegasus herd from Fantasia, singing the extraterrestrial equivalent of Kumbaya. A scene so surreal to my child brain that it burned itself into my memory.
Speaking of crystal gems. Continue the Steven Universe vlogs? And I know people are going to say that season 4 sucks but apart from episodes like Rocknoldo I think it’s good. Also season 5 has been good to great so far.
So... this is the movie where my kids learn that the book is always better?
IT, Central Central Intelligence, the man with the red eyes, and the Happy Medium are all in the book, which is often an early sci-fi book for kids. The hardest thing to get across would be Mrs. Which, who tttaaaaallkkkkkssss llllliiiiikkkeee tttthhhhiiiiissssss. She was a hard character to read aloud.
Read the book, it's definitely worth it despite the overtones. It's also the first of several books about the various members of the Murray family. They are worth a read too- A Swiftly Tilting Planet is my favorite.
I also loved A Swiftly Tilting Planet.
Love these videos
21:03 You have been SHYAMALIZED.
A normal Guy "He's bluffing, no one can be that bad or powerful."
We officially broke Rob.
Looks like they still haven't found a YA novel cash in to be the next Harry Potter.
cory6266 I don’t think it’s YA, I read this in 6th grade, it’s very much for little kids
Hunger Games, box office wise, was a decent contender
Nothings touching that franchise for a while. Honestly, with all the stuff still coming out, I'd say Harry potter (or at least the wizarding world) is the new Harry Potter. The only 2 film franchises to make more at the box office to date are Star Wars and the MCU. It takes a cultural phenomenon to beat a cultural phenomenon.
Love these vids ❤️
Hi
I see you everywhere
Brad Wayne Dude, Good luck but I bet this girl has a boyfriend lol
William Aguilar "But...but...I'm a nice guy..." XD
Nephi Nelson lol man. Hey if he can win her heart all power to him
I read the book when I was like, 7, and fell instantly in love with it. I have been wishing Disney would adept this amazing story into an ANIMATED feature, because I thought no one other than Disney could portray the sense of wonder and kind of darkness of the book better.... Then I heard they WERE going to adept the book, just not as an animation but as a live action Disney crap... I lost all hope and wept when I first saw the trailer. Now I only wish Disney would keep their hands off from all my favorite childhood books, unless they're gonna animate it. I beg of you all, PLEASE read the original book...... It's such an interesting, original story with no Oprah in.................
well it is visually stunning
