Mass gainer bro. You sound like the perfect candidate for a big Ole mass gainer shake every night before bed. Might even be able to get another 5 on there.
@@ikarosdream5971 that 3k-calorie powder? It's an option, but since I'm not powerlifting or some other intense regimen, it may just turn into excess baggage.
@@MSHNKTRL I really wouldn't think so from what you've mentioned, but im not an expert. I honestly think if you are climbing hard a few times a week it would be fine. Also, you can pick hownmich you mix in. You should calculate how many calories you need everyday to maintain your weight. Then eyeball your calories every day, and if by bed time you haven't hit the goal, mix that amount into a shake. Doesn't have to be the full 3k or whatever. It'll make maintaining the weight more convenient for sure. Just kae sure you get plenty of protein in the actual food you eat. That stuff ends up on sale commonly. Given your body type I feel like it'd be worth a clearance buy to test it once. Maybe it's perfect, maybe not hahaha. Cheers brotha!
Competition sports is like any unhealthy drug or alcohol. When you are in it, it seems great, but you can also see how it is effecting your body and mind negatively. But it still has enjoyable, addictive moments. This interview sort of confirmed the notion I had, that high performance athletes, because they push themselves, and are pushed by society, to go beyond their abilities, ignore their physical and mental pain to perform, it has long lasting effects, like drugs and alcohol, when they are taken for a long period. I was turned off of competition sports early on, because my stepfather made it not fun, by trying to "help" me. But I am 56 and can do martial arts and Parkour that I couldn't do when I was 20, because I didn't push my body and mind to an unhealthy level, trying to "succeed, to be on top."
fat dosnt make you fat. carbs are the most likely, but even there itd essential for athletes and for performance. but any other macro nutriments have all the potential to make you fat. the fat in food itself is just the most caloric dense at 9 calories per gram vs 4 calories for protein and carbs.
True fat is so underrated and moderate carbs are way over demonized…
These days im inhaling Whoppers just to maintain weight (150lbs). Whenever it drops below 145, all metrics of performance totally crater.

crazy to break ur foot like that
These clickbait titles are annoying 😢 and remind me of some marketing "must do strategies for online success". You can do better !
Yes ... but at the end the video at least delivered ... unlike most other click bait headlines
"You should be eating this":
... food.
