    He also just had a moment of feeling normal after over 8 years of suffering with depersonalization/derealization and other symptoms after one week of being in our Rise program. If you want to work with me in the same program this former secret service agent is in called Rise to eliminate trauma, anxiety, panic, depersonalization/derealization, health anxiety, existential anxiety, here is a link to book a call with my team to see if we can help: 5shiftsmasterclass.coachjordanhardgrave.com/webinar-page

    I recovered from dp/dr, and boy some days I don’t know how in the world I did it. But I did breaths non stop for months. Really activating that parasympathetic nervous system time and time again helped me. Just seen this pop up on my recommendations. And boy! I now know why people move away from this stuff after recovery, and don’t really like to speak about it. Best of luck for those of you fighting. It gets better!

    you got it dude. i after i got through it, i have basically been totally fearless ever since. it was like seeing the very end of fear. theres nowhere else to go from that.
    it felt like my consciousness or perception of the world was only weakly connected to my brain's senses. it felt as if i was remembering back a memory - and the memory was the present time where i was standing.
    i felt only 90% participating in reality. no matter how i focused my attention - there was always a bias towards fear combined with a 'weak signal' sensation that was encroaching on my attention.
    except eventually it did go away... but very slowly. i was exhausted. i felt tortured. today - absolutely everything seems tame. i didnt know what it was called at the time, but now i am learning of others who went through it - and youre absolutely right. its one of the worst things in life.
    props to the secret service dude. tough as nails.

One of my best decision was to cut off caffeine . Love of my life passed away last year and this was a moment which combined other traumas that I collected from car accidents from the past and other events ,cptsd is a heavy stuff

    Please help. Has anyone you’ve talked to experienced DPDR due to the stellate ganglion block to treat long COVID? I tried everything else and was getting desperate so decided to try SGB and after a few weeks got anxiety, panic attacks, extreme palpitations, saw pictures of myself and didn’t feel like it was me, terrible existential crisis, extreme distortion of time memory/cognition problems, etc. Please let me know if you think that it’s DPDR and if you’ve heard of this happening. Thank you so much for all that you do!

      this might be super late, but yes, that all sounds like DPDR. if you’re still going through it, please try exercises to calm down your nervous system to bring you out of freeze state, like breathing exercises!

    I just feel stuck in “first person” vision. I don’t see myself from outside my body or anything like that. It’s like I’m stuck in my head looking out of my eyes. Does this sound like dpdr? It won’t go away. It makes normal things so hard to do like drive and go into stores because everything feels weird/off. I also feel like I’m wayyyy less intelligent than I used to be(which scares me).

    • @ElliotPalmberg
      @ElliotPalmberg 6 месяцев назад +1

      Broo that is exactly what dp/dr is. What you just explained is dp/dr at its core. What happened is, your brain switched your consciousness. You are now outside your body instead of inside. It’s like it’s a body, your body that just sits on the couch, instead of you being connected with your body, you lost that connection. Your body and your mind are now separated apart, they divorced.

    • @ElliotPalmberg
      @ElliotPalmberg 6 месяцев назад

      Thats also why your vision is now much worse, it’s in 30 FPS, it’s not in HD, you are literally in your head looking out of your eyes. If your consciousness would move you out of your head into reality, you would immediately see everything in 60 FPS, 4k etc.
