He also just had a moment of feeling normal after over 8 years of suffering with depersonalization/derealization and other symptoms after one week of being in our Rise program. If you want to work with me in the same program this former secret service agent is in called Rise to eliminate trauma, anxiety, panic, depersonalization/derealization, health anxiety, existential anxiety, here is a link to book a call with my team to see if we can help: 5shiftsmasterclass.coachjordanhardgrave.com/webinar-page
How does the program work and how much does it cost?
I recovered from dp/dr, and boy some days I don’t know how in the world I did it. But I did breaths non stop for months. Really activating that parasympathetic nervous system time and time again helped me. Just seen this pop up on my recommendations. And boy! I now know why people move away from this stuff after recovery, and don’t really like to speak about it. Best of luck for those of you fighting. It gets better!
you got it dude. i after i got through it, i have basically been totally fearless ever since. it was like seeing the very end of fear. theres nowhere else to go from that.
it felt like my consciousness or perception of the world was only weakly connected to my brain's senses. it felt as if i was remembering back a memory - and the memory was the present time where i was standing.
i felt only 90% participating in reality. no matter how i focused my attention - there was always a bias towards fear combined with a 'weak signal' sensation that was encroaching on my attention.
except eventually it did go away... but very slowly. i was exhausted. i felt tortured. today - absolutely everything seems tame. i didnt know what it was called at the time, but now i am learning of others who went through it - and youre absolutely right. its one of the worst things in life.
props to the secret service dude. tough as nails.
I am somebody who never quits.

Love all of these perspectives. Thank you!! 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it!
I love the hair
I am almost a year and a half in chronic DP/DR state, rhodiola rosea pills, cbd buds and saffron with black pepper and tripthophan capsules and vitamins B1 and active B12 helping a lot, no more coffee for me. One of my best decision was to cut off caffeine . Love of my life passed away last year and this was a moment which combined other traumas that I collected from car accidents from the past and other events ,cptsd is a heavy stuff
I scheduled a appointment today and haven’t recorded any calls.
What about if you don’t feel like you have “trauma”? Like I can’t identify what could have caused this in order to heal and work through those things but everything you talked about feels 100% like what I’m going through…
same I don't have any trauma I can think of
@@Em-gj2sgthat is unfortunately how trauma works. Wasn't until my grandfather recited my life back to me that I started to get an inkling. It took being told the answer and digesting the information for years. Traumas a sneaky devil
@@DillyTheWillyWilliams I definitely have things that have been extremely emotionally painful but I've gotten through a lot of them and processed them and still have some of the symptoms so idk
@Em-gj2sg I don't want to alarm you or anything for the sake of dpdr, but sometimes it could be something physical that's taxing you neurologically. I discovered the condition known as binocular vision dysfunction over a year ago and was able to seek treatment for it. The process, like many others in life, has had ups and downs, but I'm getting closer to a real, better me.
@@Em-gj2sg been there
jordan how normal is memory loss with dpdr and could you make a video on it? i struggle to remember what happened yesterday and the week before. it's debilitating and my memory is the thing keeping me in dpdr. i can't ignore how i feel when i'm continuously aware of my memory loss. any advice?
Normal
My brother, is it possible to heal trauma remotely because in my country there is no therapist with experience in trauma
What happend to dpdr course
Please help. Has anyone you’ve talked to experienced DPDR due to the stellate ganglion block to treat long COVID? I tried everything else and was getting desperate so decided to try SGB and after a few weeks got anxiety, panic attacks, extreme palpitations, saw pictures of myself and didn’t feel like it was me, terrible existential crisis, extreme distortion of time memory/cognition problems, etc. Please let me know if you think that it’s DPDR and if you’ve heard of this happening. Thank you so much for all that you do!
this might be super late, but yes, that all sounds like DPDR. if you’re still going through it, please try exercises to calm down your nervous system to bring you out of freeze state, like breathing exercises!
Anyone going through this should know it would pass, I can't still believe I overcame dp/dr in the worst country where no one knows what DP is or understands your feelings. So I had no just but to fight the feeling, it only took me about 7 months to be completely free with. Today I'm back to my normal life and smoking as usual
Congrats!
How?
Good on ya. I've been dealing with it for a decade
@@DillyTheWillyWilliams how come??? Lol
@@DillyTheWillyWilliams what? a decade? I've overcome in in 5 months, it was so severe that I question almost everything from my self both conscious and physical self, reality, thoughts, meaning and purpose, morality, human nature and time/eternity, I recommend to build a strong sense of self, a self where your attitude in life and thoughts are well ALIGNED and in SYNC, a wholeheartedly dedication to life with new attitude was the approach I did to overcome this
@@karlomoonblade cool. I'm glad it worked so well for you.
I just feel stuck in “first person” vision. I don’t see myself from outside my body or anything like that. It’s like I’m stuck in my head looking out of my eyes. Does this sound like dpdr? It won’t go away. It makes normal things so hard to do like drive and go into stores because everything feels weird/off. I also feel like I’m wayyyy less intelligent than I used to be(which scares me).
Broo that is exactly what dp/dr is. What you just explained is dp/dr at its core. What happened is, your brain switched your consciousness. You are now outside your body instead of inside. It’s like it’s a body, your body that just sits on the couch, instead of you being connected with your body, you lost that connection. Your body and your mind are now separated apart, they divorced.
Thats also why your vision is now much worse, it’s in 30 FPS, it’s not in HD, you are literally in your head looking out of your eyes. If your consciousness would move you out of your head into reality, you would immediately see everything in 60 FPS, 4k etc.
@@ElliotPalmberg I’m not sure I understand what you’re saying. I DONT see myself from outside my body. I feel like I’m seeing everything in “first person” vision. Which I understand is how we all see, but this just feels different. So hard to explain.
@@joecyr3807 if you see everything in first person, that means your connected to your body? Are you feeling being stuck inside your head ? Can you feel your environment ?
@@joecyr3807 third person is what feeling outside your body is, imagine observing a body that doesn’t feel like yours, that’s dpdr
🙏💝🙏
Hey! Hope you're well
@@coachjordanhardgrave Very slowly. Still so much to take on. At least I now know that I am not alone anymore. 🙏💝🙏
