I had some experience with Motion Capture for video games and gotta admit even though Namco has always created a seriously fluid and accurate movement animations and overall choreography for Tekkens in the past, (I think they were using MoCap before it was industry standard) They outdid themselves this time. Ps. You almost saw me as Leon in these new Resident Evil games :)

Asuka is my first main and I started maining Kazuya. Kazuya is fucking awesome, he's hard to learn, but it's so satisfying to learn combos, electrics and shit. Still enjoy playing Asuka, but after Kazuya, feels a bit more boring, because you don't have to do so much execution. This is so fucking funny to watch MMS hating her every time lol.

I don't agree that Kazuya is a defensive character, the reason is because when you win the neutral this stops being true: When he has this strong 50/50 and okizeme into new knockdowns and combos he becomes a steamroll character. Kazuya being a defensive character is only true when he is unable to get a knockdown or launch.
he isnt defensive in 8. In 7, he had nothing to start offense except for a 50/50, all buttons are unsafe and require commitment, so you had to turtle until an opening showed. Demon Paw fixed all of that. You cant really turtle in 8 unless you got a good backdash.
and what happens when that 50/50 fails? ohh you're gonna be defensive now to fish a knockdown! Or oh no! My Hellsweep got blocked I'm gonna die now. yeah sure!
