Perspectives #5 - Billy Moore

Billy Moore is the subject of a book titled “A Prayer Before Dawn” about his time spent in a notorious Thailand prison. Billy fought with other inmates & guards on a daily basis whilst fighting his own demons and the struggle of drug addiction.
The book was made into a film in 2018 starring Joe Cole (Peaky Blinders) and, tragically, Billy missed the premiere after a cancer diagnosis led him down the familiar path of addiction and crime and, ultimately a prison sentence.
