- There is something magical about horses. If you spend any amount of time with them this becomes quickly apparent. But what sets them apart? How are they so intuitive? Why do they touch our hearts so deeply? It's a feeling that is often difficult to put into words.

Beautiful aesthetically, every shot, and the people met we see also like from inside them, we are not just given information of someone's 'achievement' or 'ideal' for life, something for us to yearn or admire, like from a distance. Dogs saved my life many times as a child, no one can grasp this maybe because its impossible to explain. I'm a survivor of child abuse, the very first time I felt this emotion called love was from a stray dog as a child.. Unwanted, looking for food, unkept, kicked around..I have always throughout my life been owned by dogs! To this very day I feel their communication through their eyes listening with my heart. Be kind

I don’t think anyone can even begin to know how much my horses mean to me! They are my friends, they come to me when they want me or need something and if you listen you just know, my horses are not rosette machines, they are all loved for who they are no ifs or buts just unconditional. ❤️

The day my daddy died, I was 29 years old. He didn’t show up to work, and was eventually found at our church, in the graveyard of all places. He’d passed the night before, of a heart attack, having gone there to trim some trees back that were themselves dying, their limbs threatening to fall on the headstones below. My memories of the day he was found are viewed through a lens of confusion. It is like I was dropped, without warning, into a body of water. Everything was muted, voices, scenery...the sharp edges to the different textures of life were dulled. Almost untouchable. My senses paralyzed. The memory from that day that comes into sharpest focus for me is when I found my way out to the barn at my aunt’s house, feeding carrots and apples to the horses. I found so much comfort and safety in their company. Those sweet minutes were salve to this unimaginably painful wound. They enabled me to come up for the air I needed to get through the rest of that day.

Not only horses are soul animals! COWS, PIGS, DOGS, ETC ARE SOUL ANIMALS
Thank you for sharing this thought, Martina. Our intention was not to exclude other animals, other also animals are also soul animals. In this video we just dealt with horses only. Here where I live, when my family were little, I would take her to ride a horse, out in the hills.
Here, to ride a horse regularly, learning, is very expensive. The riding a horse in itself is almost considered an Elite activity. To own a horse, is very expensive and to keep the horse.
Most little girls want their own horse. It’s almost cheaper to fly to Bali, ( Indonesian Island ), for 2 weeks All expenses included.
So- closeness to them - depends on where we live- and it would be an altruistic event, if everyone could experience this connection. Thank you.🥰🌷✨✨✨

I think perhaps what I love so much about your Green Renaissance videos is that they reassure me that there are people of like heart in the world with whom I wish were my neighbors. I live in an area where the majority of people seem to support an ideology I find appalling. I can only hope things will improve after the election if sanity is allowed to return and healing to begin. In the face of such rampant ugliness, I find myself turning again and again to your videos that remind me of caring, simplicity, and goodness in the world. They are an oasis to me. Thank you!

THIS! This is where my Soul resides, not only Horses but all Animals, as i have said on Patreon before, i prefer Animals/Sea Dwellers & Sky Fliers, to people. I think that money driven economy & desires, has closed down our ability to listen with all our senses & be at one with Sentient Life. Horses are Majestic Beings & i got tears in my eyes to see humans truly loving & appreciating them. Whereas my reality is being an active member of Save A Horse Australia, i sponsor trips to the Doggers to save Horses who quite often have a Foal, many are skin & bone, some discarded Race Horses who didn't earn enough money, shame on these rogues. This video restored a glint in my eye, one that has been gone for a long time because Animals Activists & Rescuers/Carers, see the absolute worst of humans, in regards to Animals, it was nice to see "HumanKIND" 🥰 ... I must remind myself that not all humans are bad, in regards to Animals. Bless 🙏
Yes, the treadmill of life can be like being trapped in a golden cage, instead of having less, and in return having more time to just slow down and breathe, enjoy the moment and be truly happy 💚 That is one of the biggest lessons that we can learn from animals!

I saw this video again today and I had forgotten about my comment though. I realize that the people in this video have an especial feeling about horses. I hope all of you didn't take my comment as hurtful, I didn't mean to be hurtful. I never, ever had the opportunity to be among these beautiful creatures, I always resided in cities, different ones, but never out in nature or a farm like the one I see here.

As we said previously, these horses are all treated with respect and love and the best is done for them to trust humans again, some of them having experienced difficult circumstances. At the end of the day we are all animals, humans think that they are made from sone cloth outside of nature.
I did not understand why they put a bit in their horses mouth if they have this spiritual interaction with them. I found this contradictory since metal in a horse’s mouth is painful and a sign of control.
I think we are all learning how to be kinder to animals as they have so much to teach us.

Animals are the focus for $. Animals are kept in factory to be made in human food. When this stops, then everything will change. Until then expect human life experience to mirror those in the factory.

Animals are here WITH us not FOR us. Nature made them to live their lives freely. Nature provides for everyone's needs. But its the human greed and ego that controls animals and natural resources. Animals are not our slaves
Disagree completely. You've been programmed 2 believe that a higher power put animals on earth 2 be used, or exploited.
What a self serving narrow minded point of view not 2 mention poorly developed
Why is the harness in their mouth? If you love this animal why do you hurt his mouth? Try to put one in your mouth and see how it feels. Mankind have done this for ages, just to control them. I believe you are enslaving them in such way. A "nice life" would be in the wild, really... And to have this wonderful animal as a true friend it would take you to remove the harness from their mouths. The natives didn't ever place a harness in the mouths of their horses. That's love!
Some of the horses featured in this film have come from difficult past experiences, and so are slowly and gently being trained to be trusting. Some choose to use a harness to help train in these circumstances, and I don't know enough to comment. However, I can reassure you that each and every animal shown in these films is shown the utmost love and respect. x

Animals understand people better than people and give much more than they receive. My daughter looked after a disabled cat for 9 years. Precious years they were. . In return whenever she felt dejected, Minnie sensed it instantly, and climbed on to her lap and just stayed there, till she knew that whatever worried my girl , just melted away. Minnie made it melt away. . When I was very sick, she stood vigil under my bed one whole night ,and only left her post when she saw I was able to sit up. Animals have a special way of giving love. Minnie is gone, but her presence is still strongly felt. RN/ INDIA

Animals don't compare themselves to the other animals. If they are good with what they have for their dinner, then they are no more wanting. They know the art of satisfaction and enough-ness, unlike human beings. Human beings, like the video says, are so obsessed with themselves and so segregated from one another. If people can connect to their own animal-self, the openness, the healthy boundary, and most importantly, the art of satisfaction, then the world will become a much better place than right now.
Because they don't have the consciousness (so called analytical Brain) and that's why they are so real, they are the way nature/god has made them and I think that's the reason why we get lost on watching them because they are pure, raw

I like what you said. We need to learn from animals . But, unfortunately some people dont respect them.
I had a harsh childhood but I had the opportunity to ride horses. I only did this for about 4 years but it was during middle school when it was the beginning of my painful times. I would go ride them after school and I’d cry and pour my heart out to them when I’d get far enough away from the stables. I knew they could understand everything I said to them. They listened to me when no one else would. They comforted me and they did it with intention. No one can convince me otherwise
Our animals are our best friends, we could not imagine a world without them. We agree with you they listen when no one else does.

I understand how it feels to love animals like your family.
Sometimes I sit on the ground and watch my dogs and cats play, run, sniff around by their own and it is like being part of their world, not the other way around.

😭we just had to put our family pony down last weekend. He was my daughter’s pony, then I rode him, then my 83 year old mom took him on trail rides 3x a week. He was only 21, we thought we had at least another decade with him, if not more. Some ponies are worth their weight in gold, my daughter said that he was worth twice that. This just popped up in my feed. Hopefully it is a sign that we did the right thing and did not let him suffer. He was loved by every one who knew him, such a kind animal. Please say a little prayer for Ferdinand .
