What to write in an application letter? 3. Is it advised to book the flight tickets before getting the VISA? 4. What is the baggage allowance generally? Thank you!

Depends when did you apply for your visa, as m sure you are talking of sept intake cause SETU has no Jan intake. 4. Depending on the flight i took Etihad Airways n it was 35kg 1 bag with 8kg cabin n a laptop bag

I have international debit card ,so forex card is necessary or just debit card is sufficient enough
International Debit card is good to go, you should have atleast 200 to 300 euro cash with you.
