oh wow, that lines up super nice… gives me hope, i just got a 63 longbed and i have a suburban that i’m hoping i could use as a whole donor and jjst do a frame swap as well… that’s the main reason i started watching this little series… great job so far, gives me great hope…
I'm so happy someone is finally doing a envoy build in a good quality video! I'm excited to see how the engine does, I've went through 2 so far but both had over 240,000! Definitely a great engine and I will be waiting for more content!
Got no bones with the tekton guys. I used to sell for them. I still have a good amount of tools I still use. Had a 6in clamp throw it in the other day. Went on tekton, send a few pics, and had a new clamp in two days! No fuss, no phone call!
i just cut the floor and dash out of mine, so you guys are being pretty gentle in my eyes (and I have had mine for 30+ years). I have pulled the 327 and have decided to go the same GMT360 route. Going more comfortable daily driver this time, with all the amenities. I have been trying to research how realistic the turbo road is, so really looking forward to how you make out, what's really involved and the real cost when all is done. Best of luck
Just want to point out how great your channel is. Civic, mustang, Supra, Audi, c10. You’ve got or had a lil bit of everything including diesels. Love the wide variety of content.
Few people have probably said it, but looks like everything (cab and bed) want to come back by about 2 inches, that will align the front wheel wells better and put the rear wheels a little closer to the front edge of the rear guard, which with the way the guard tails off will give it that low and fast look even sitting still. Nice progress though guys, I don't even like trucks much but I'm enjoying the build!
looks like its coming together great. If you can get the bed lower so the step is closer to the level of the rocker panel it would be perfect. Nice work!
I belive this is going to be a sick ride, once it's done. Looking forward to 20 videos on sanding and painting, as I do not believe for a second that you can resist the urge to paint it pretty like ;-)
Super nice C-10, twin turbo will be nice, I'd definitely be putting forged internals in that motor, it'd be a real pain to blow the engine. Keep up the great videos.
@motionauto on the c10 rear cab mounts drill a Hole from threw the top of the frame straight down and weld a sleeve in it and get a longer bolt it will work great 👌
I was one of those guys who started watching your channel during the Haggard Garage Crown Vic build-off, and I immediately noticed the gaps in skill set between their and your channel. If there's anyone who could pull this build off, it's you. Looking forward to seeing how the truck turns out!
Trevor you have grafted you’re way to the top at such a young age, so much knowledge and determination it’s great to see loving the build so much! Thank you 🙏
Hell yeah you can do some towing with that Envoy hitch my 08 towed a trailer with a 87” Toyota on it and you really couldn’t even feel it back there unless you’re going up in mountains lol
Everything else went so easy so far I think it's worth it to cut a lil more and slam the body to the frame a few more inches .. it will be way worth it and not to difficult to do
damn it looks soo good. hope the motor can hold the 500-600 hp with some mods. If you can get the chevy 4.2L I6 to be good and hold power this will be my new favorite vehicle of yours.
I Would like to see a cool restomod Saab 9-3 project! with a turbo J-series in it or something, nothing to wild, just a cool little classic saab with a sleeper status!
Trevor Loving the whole build If I was you even though budget is a issue but I would make the most of it and make it a full send Make it a full unibody welding the bed and cab together get a bc kit and Konig wheels keep the patina
Like the build its awesome. For the rear cab mount you can do like the newer c10 trucks weld a bolt in the cab drill a hole on the frame use stock rubber bushings and hardware use a body lift block . They make them 1 to 3 inch. You can access bolt from underneath. Or build a bracket that welds to the frame full width and have two legs on each side to the desired height you want the mount can have holes drilled on top bracket so the bolt can go through cab mount on top of it. Easy access and can add gussets for strength. To get inspiration check out hot rod garage the did thecrown hick . Crown vic cop car chassis underneath a 60's ford f100 similar challenge with the box mounts. Love your channel keep up the great work. Watching from northern British Columbia Canada
The RUclips Channel Power Nation TV did a rebuild on a classic pick up and they had an awesome new bed made from a company that makes them from aluminum and they look like wood. Id recommend trying to see if you guys can find the company and call them to see if they could make a custom bed floor for the C-10.
Please get back into this project. Would be sick. I’d imagine since they made a ss model the big brakes would bolt up. Also I’m sure the ss had lowering springs available. Please start it back up
One of the few youtubers who I have faith in doing this project right, keep it up
Seriously, his builds are something to be proud of!
LOL ate your own words on this one
I love the 80s montage music lol reminds me of a old rocky movie
Marvin Pettaway Jr agreed! Haha it’s awesome
This is going to become the next go-to frame for swaps
I love that 80s pop style background music, gives off really good vibes
Don’t feel guilty about cutting this truck, it’s not a survivor and it’s better to see it driving than sitting in a backyard
Agree
This 80's playlist is rockin'!
Always feel a little some how when I see classic car guys that drive something a lot more modern
Realy Clean shop
So obsessed with this build. I have a 65 in my shop. I’m searching Marketplace daily for a good Trailblazer.
Be cool to see a trailblazer ss swap...

This truck is going to be mega!

I hope this series is getting good interaction so it’s successful
I am commenting to agree and boost interaction! Haha

thats what i like trevor he likes all cars not a brand fanboi.
I'm glad you still have the Saab around, it really is such a cool car, would hate to see it go
Crazy how easy that frame fitment was... Tires perfectly aligned in the fenders👌
I see motionauto I click, I watch I'm that simple
Me too
That truck is going to be awesome. Love this build and the idea of minimizing build costs.
I cant believe how well that cab fit on the frame.looks great.

I'm in the UK and I love it 😎

Trevor you should bag the truck and clear coat the paint to save the patina that would be badass 👍😊
Super nice C-10, twin turbo will be nice, I'd definitely be putting forged internals in that motor, it'd be a real pain to blow the engine. Keep up the great videos.
Please post the video of you guys finishing the C10 body swap. I want to see how this turns out before I try it on my C10.
C10 videos will be coming! Its a long term keep project so not rushing it
MotionAutoTv THANKS! I’m dying to see it.
MotionAutoTv i need the next episodeeee waiting for a month and checing day by day goes so slow :(
Truck is looking good. Surprised how food it fits on that frame.
I can’t wait to see you paint this thing it’s gonna be crazy
RED AND SHINY
Wow this came out to prefect. And it looks like the onvoy suspension is at full droop because of hot light the C10 body is.
@motionauto on the c10 rear cab mounts drill a Hole from threw the top of the frame straight down and weld a sleeve in it and get a longer bolt it will work great 👌
You are doing some amazing work lately. This truck is going to be awesome.

Going to be a sick shop truck
Trevor you have grafted you’re way to the top at such a young age, so much knowledge and determination it’s great to see loving the build so much! Thank you 🙏
Awesome progress, Trevor. It's really inspirational to see you go to work like this. Truck is looking epic already!
Had been watching some of your videos every now and then but since c10 came on scene I’ve been subbed and watching religiously as this is epic! 😍
Channel the body and put the chassis on airbags, the extra work will make it worth while when you have the truck finished.
Mate them front tubs look almost factory looks well god lad 👍💯
Bro you can actually use some angle iron and raise the floor of the bed just a little to clear the frame and you can have a stock looking floor on it.
Daniel Santana He said like 10 times that’s what he was planning on doing....lol
Then put cubbies for we*d under
This build is going so much faster than I expected.
Keep up the great content
Can’t wait to see how it turns out!
Pretty cool project bro. Worked out better than expected it seems. never thought id see you do something like this.
Hell yeah you can do some towing with that Envoy hitch my 08 towed a trailer with a 87” Toyota on it and you really couldn’t even feel it back there unless you’re going up in mountains lol
Really cool
Fits like a glove
Crazy how similar in size those frames are and how fast this project is coming along!
AWESOME WORK TREV !! The OG builder on the tube 🤙🏼🇬🇧🐾
Truck is looking good! Can’t believe how well the body swap is going. Keep it up!
I just ordered my socket set, Thanks for the savings, I’m a fan of this build series
Looking good Trev, you’ll get some nice wide wheels under the truck now!
Everything else went so easy so far I think it's worth it to cut a lil more and slam the body to the frame a few more inches .. it will be way worth it and not to difficult to do
If you would have gotten a fleetside you probably wouldn't have had to make any cuts on the bed. Love the quick progress.
This build is moving quick and I love seeing the process! Keep it up!
BEST build on the internet imo!! Take care guys!
Before you button anything up, I'd remove the suspension and sit it on the bump stops. See what it will look at full droop also ride height.
Great progress Trev! Wow, what a great swap with some nice modern running gear. Gonna be great
Looks nice af!
That 80s music reminds me of a Rocky training scene. Good vibes.
Loving this build series! Making me wanna build one now!
I really think this turbo 4200 is a great candidate for the ECUMaster DET3 piggyback.
damn it looks soo good. hope the motor can hold the 500-600 hp with some mods. If you can get the chevy 4.2L I6 to be good and hold power this will be my new favorite vehicle of yours.

guido heeling yup this would be a cool idea but according to views saabs don’t get much I guess according to Trevor
I feel some motor trend vibes, loving the c10
For the back of the cab use a tubular piece going over from side to side so you can guarantee the cab is central.
This thing is gonna be so awesome man! 🔥
Wait a second..... I just watched Dave working on his Hellwagon, how did he get over here so fast???
Awesome build! Would loved to have seen some shoots in side the cab at this point, PLEASE PLEASE reuse the bed wood!! Thanks!!!!
Now swap a Texas Speed LS into it and call it a day!! 💪💪
That looks sooo cool man good luck on the build, do what you have to do we gotta see it driving
Trevor
Loving the whole build
If I was you even though budget is a issue but I would make the most of it and make it a full send
Make it a full unibody welding the bed and cab together get a bc kit and Konig wheels keep the patina
Thanks for the update bro your the only one of my subs thats posted today
👍🏻Nice sawzall work.so accurate
Caaaaan't wait to see next One😍🔥🔥🔥
Em sure you will do a great job with it your good at what you do I know that

Hell yeah looking good trevor cant wait to see this thing running gunna be sweet
Great vid Trevor!
This is sick! :D try dropping it as low as possible to have a more neutral suspension geometry. Even an inch can mean a lot.
heck of a project, keep at it, it's looking great!!
This is badass, loving the progress on this build!
Awesome video trev, keep it going. Will forever be a frequent viewer👍🏻👍🏻
It’ll be perfect with wheel spacers. You’ll have to convert the bolt lug since it’s a small 6 lug. Might as well get adapters

I swear that dusty supra needs some attention one day & maybe a start up (before it gets cleaned)
Truck is going to work out great. My my merch in awesome shipping great quality!
I'm sooo motivated to go do a same or similar project....
I love the 80s workout music. Sweatbands leotards and leg warmers.
When’s the next vid, have a 66 gmc stepside and 2007 Chevy trailblazer 4x4 I’m getting ready to do the same swap, can’t wait!
Hahah was rewatching the last video as this popped up
Nice project man👌🏼🔥
Please get back into this project. Would be sick. I’d imagine since they made a ss model the big brakes would bolt up. Also I’m sure the ss had lowering springs available. Please start it back up
Excellent work Trevor 👌 gonna be a nice truck
Love this kind of build keep it up.
This is such a good project, really enjoying the content.
YES!!!!! I've been waiting!!! Love this build.
The 80's Eye of the Tiger / Vision Quest music had me cracking up! 😂
Sweet all coming together awesome video keep them coming I'll keep watching
